Good luck if you have an issue with an order
I have been a loyal Parlez customer over the past few years, buying countless items of clothing from them. However I have been completely deterred from ever purchasing from them again. I received my purchase and after wearing it 3-4 times, the inner elastic cord had snapped. I wrote them an email on 19th March explaining how I didnât believe this should happen and if a replacement could be sent, which I have yet to have a response to. I then contacted the Instagram account where I had a couple of messages back and forth explaining how their customer emails have been going to their junk. After answering a couple of their questions, my last message has been âSeenâ and totally ignored. The least Iâd have expected was some kind of decent communication about my problem. But itâs like I am purposely being ignored.
