This is part of CHCH tv and it’s just as pathetic. We were watching the CHCH TV News on Parrot because my wife needs subtitles because the CHCH over the air channel has them all screwed up. I’ve complained multiple times but it seems like the engineers at the station don’t know they’re a$$ from a hole in the ground. Anyways, we were watching the news and we got a Domain Error show up on the screen saying that there were to many devices on the domain. WTF? I checked to see if our internet was out. Nope. I checked other apps on our Roku… all were working except Parrot TV. Doesn’t surprise me. CHCH is bush league at best. They are constantly screwing something up. Adam dresses like a hobo. Today his hair was all over the place. So unprofessional. Shelley Marriage needs to learn how to do makeup. Yesterday she was all “Dewey” where she put her blush/bronzer. It was worse than some bald guys head reflecting in the sun. Hahaha!
Any reporter worth their salt leaves for greener pastures. CHCH used to be a respectable station until Channel Zero got hold of them. Now they are a big fat Zero. Firing all their good reporters and keeping the third rate ones. Their Parrot app doesn’t stream everything that they show on their Over the Air channel. Leave it to Beaver is one of the shows. I suspect it’s cause they are too cheap to pay broadcasting rights to stream it on another medium even though one day someone forgot to shut the stream down when it came on their Parrot channel. Pathetic.

Avoid this product and company. I downloaded the free trial version of Parrot3 to my macbook and cannot uninstall it. To make things worse, the pop-up for it appears about 20 times a day and the pop-up doesnt have a close button. In the applications folder it doesnt offer an uninstall, and despite dragging it to the recycle bin is ever-present. When you press 'Quit' it only hides for a short while. Their website of course doesnt offer any ability to contact the company. Similar to other reviewers, if i could rate it less than 1 star I would.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. This service needs to be upgraded to improve the streaming. Continues to be choppy even after reducing the feed down to 280p

Parrot drones shouldn't be used by anyone
I have a drone which is now useless can't get the App for it parrot don't care
People need to stop using them they'll just screw you over once they have your money

I'd give it a 1, except for the fact that the content does have some actual value and streams from time to time.
Mostly it never does stream right, crashes a lot and has far too many repetitive ads.
Improve on the access and streaming capabilities and improve your programming choices and you might get top marks in future.

I saw this on Instagram and investigated it. I downloaded the app and before I know it, I was in a subscription, very difficult for me to figure out how to use it so I sent a message canceling the subscription, same day, deleted the app, and it was never used!! This was all in the same day, requested a refund, no refund and no reply. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before hand. So if you’re thinking about this app, don’t do it, they did not have the courtesy to even respond to my emails/messages.

SAV Inexistant. C'est pourtant un élément fondamental pour une marque de produit "tech". Les applications ne sont plus prises en charges, plus mises à jour. Parrot: Prendre votre argent et disparaître. Impossible de les contacter, ne répond pas aux demandes. A fuir.

As most have pointed out the customer servce is non existent. I purchased some headphones, and they were cutting edge, but fell apart because of the rubbish material they use. Now they do not even support or entertian any queries

Deux drones Bebop 1 avec un Skycontroller, plus un AR.Drone achetés il y a quelques années — et du jour au lendemain, plus rien ne fonctionne. Environ 2000 € de matériel en parfait état, aujourd’hui totalement inutilisable.

L’application n’est plus mise à jour, les serveurs ont été coupés définitivement, et il n’y a aucune solution proposée. Résultat : du matériel parfaitement fonctionnel, mais bon à jeter.

Une fois l’argent encaissé, Parrot disparaît. Le SAV est inexistant, le support ne répond pas, aucune considération pour les clients de la première heure.

C’est du pur gâchis, et un vrai manque de respect pour ceux qui ont investi dans la marque.

Terrible products, terrible customer services.
I have purchased the Anafi USA to use the thermal camera in security related situations.
This drone costs in excess of £7.5k.
The reception is garbage. I can fly up to 60 metres and it loses connection and starts a RTH.
I thought I would reach out to Parrot directly with my concern.
I have received a reply telling me to contact my local authorised Parrot dealer (happens to be where I purchased item).
It is now obvious they know that heir commercial drones are not fit for purpose but continue selling them at premium prices.
They carry the USA name now and proudly claim to be "All American Made", but they are inferior to a product you would at "Ali Express".

Parrot please read my review and come to some agreement that you are no longer going to be scamming customers with you inferior products.

Their support is terrible. No user real ratings they have a company to remove bad reviews. They continue to use the horrible apple tablet that you can't use reliably in the shade because the screen is too dim even in the shade. It is impossible to ask questions and no insurance for drones that crash. Mine crashed 200 feet from me. It lost the signal and killed the motors. DJI is not much better but is it better at responding to the user's needs. Parrot has lost my business.

Casque zik qui part en lambeaux, batterie qui ne tient plus sa charge et introuvable neuve….Une honte. J’avais voulu acheter français mais c’était fabriqué en Chine.

Aucun suivi de leurs produits, je possède un bebop 2 et une aile volante disco depuis plusieurs années, j'ai voulu connecter mon skycontroller 2 pour mon travail il y a peu de temps et impossible de connecter mon skycontroller 2 alors qu'avant, j'arrivais a le connecter sans problèmes. Marque à fuir, allez plutôt du côté de DJI qui eux au moins suivent leur produits. SAV inexistant pour ne pas dire autre chose.

J'ai acheté un annafi 4k, après une semaine, je filme un enfant qui se trouve dans la piscine, je me met en stationnaire au dessus de l'eau à 2m au dessus de l'eau..D'un coup, le drone se penche sur le coté et tombe comme une enclume...DANS L'EAU.Dronne foutu bien sur...Plus jamais Parrot (je ne teste meme pas la garantie qui ne marchera pas bien sûr...)

Don't ever buy from this company, they release new products constantly and discontinue any support for their old products, stick with a reputable company like DJI for your drones.

Why can't I get the application for my parrot bebop 1 .I've been told it's been stopped.if so this is wrong and I am stuck with my drone that I can't fly anymore

visiblement les tests de viellissement des matériaux n'ont pas été fait. impossible d'avoir quelqu'un et comme il n'est plus en garantie Boulanger me dit que c'est pas réparable.
