Got sent the wrong part, but customer service was great and I got the correct part sent. Installed in my fan and everything works great again.

Delivery was very fast. Installation instructions were easy to follow. The fan is super quiet! The price was great - and with a DC motor too!

No recomiendo para nada comprar aquí, a mí me engañaron. Atención al cliente inexistente, si tienes algún problema no hay teléfonos de contacto en España, cuando he comprado en la web española; solo un chat dónde te atiende una máquina, cuando solicitas hablar con un agente humano, te dice que permanezcas a la espera, pero nunca se conecta y estás esperando hasta que te cansas. Si quieres ahorrarte disgustos, experiencia malísima.

Installation went well with good instructions. Fan appears to be well built and works well. The price was a major reason for buying and I am pleased.

The items are still back ordered so no delivery. Did receive message of the delay after asking about the delay.

I didn't see a fan with no light kit costing me 10 bucks more to buy the 84 inch fan, My first fan did not have the light kit and I wanted them all to match so now I have two with a light and one without.

I ordered a fan and a 48 inch downrod to go with it and received both, however, when the electrician came to install it, he said the wires in the downrod don't connect to the wires on the fan. So I tried reaching out to support, but I can't get ahold of anyone at the company. The downrod should have just come with the correct wiring in the first place but not being able to reach anyone to correct the mistake is highly frustrating. I have sent emails, left a voicemail and used the AI chat which says the issue has been escalated, but nobody has reached out to me. At this point I can't return the fan as it's been opened so the only thing I can do is see if the electrician can connect the wires another way.

Arrived after only 8-12 weeks. Lol. That being said, the fan is fantastic! Does everything advertised and then some! I just am not a fan of people selling a product that they don't ACTUALLY have on hand.

First, this ceiling fan only lasted 3 years before the DC controller went bad. I have 3 other fans in my house older than 19 years with no issues, but they are AC fans.

Second, the DC controller I ordered is shipping from China which is horribly slow and I don't like supporting China. This is the last thing I buy from Parrot Uncle.

Wrong color fan delivered to me and you don’t answer your phone, reply to my emails. I cannot get ahold of anyone to correct the mistake.

Noisier than what I expected and wished now it moved back-and-fourth

I had a very frustrating experience with Perimost/Parrot Uncle customer service.

After placing an order (Order #3869), I noticed the same item was available at a lower price elsewhere and reached out to request a price adjustment or assistance with a return. Initially, they responded and asked for my details, but after that, communication completely stopped.

I followed up multiple times over several days and received no response at all. There was no resolution, no update, and no effort to address the issue.

It’s disappointing because the process started off normally, but once it came to actually helping the customer, they simply disappeared.

I would not recommend buying from them if you expect any kind of post-purchase support.
