I had a little accident with the Bottle…
I had a little accident with the Bottle Shelf on the Fridge Door and it was unrepairable.
I advised to contact you..lm not very confident with online ordering.
Once l gave Lisa the Model number, she just made it so easy for me to follow.

I am sorry to hear you were dissatisfied, please could you tell me if there is anything wrong with the part, or is the 2 Star rating solely based on your feelings regarding the price?
I do apologise that you found the exhaust filter way over-priced at £5.95, we do offer a discount for buying 2 or more of this particular item and have done everything in our power to keep postage costs down at £1.50.
The reason this part is priced at this amount is that it is a genuine factory part made from specialist materials that we order direct from the manufacturer.
