Passports and Visas made it easy for me to apply.

I had a calming experience using Passports and Visas.com.
The format was very easy to navigate through their website.
I found Patty the manager, and associates to be very professional and knowledgeable. The team showed empathy and understanding regarding my situation.

4 day epediting did NOT happen and no support given except saying they’re working on it. Took over 4 weeks! Should be issued some kind of refund for the lack of follow through.

Very helpful and efficient service! I have a family emergency come up and have to travel to Australia via Manila and China. The latter places require you to have a passport that lasts more than 6 months. Mine was expiring in 5 months. Passport and Visas renewed my passport expedited in 4 days and returned 48 hours before my trip! Their feedback was excellent. They texted me daily and answered any questions that I had. Misty and Pena were very nice. As a retired physician with a family emergency, their service was outstanding! Thank you.

I paid for expedited service, but the service was definitely NOT expedited. Then, when trying to call to check on this, no one ever answered the phone. This is a scam website. Don't use!

I dislike how my information was entered wrongly. I was entered as a male instead of female and seeking for passport card instead of passport book.

Do not use passportandvisa.com they are a scam. I've wasted so much of my time and energy
and money.
If you use them you'll regret it.

I have tried to reach out with some questions, but I haven't received any response. I also tried calling, but no one picked up.

I paid for passport and card and I never received my card. They sent my naturalization together with my new passport without letting me know in advance (state department is clear that they send those documents separately) so I opened the envelope expecting to only find the passport (and the missing passport card) and ended up mutilating my naturalization letter by mistake when I opened the envelope.

I very unhappy with this service. If I had known that because it was a first time passport application I still had to show up in person to the mail service regardless of this service and it would have been faster if I didn’t go through them, I would have saved a few hundred dollars.

Moreover, the whole process took longer than expected. And as I said, I am still waiting for my passport card. Who even has it?

Won’t use again for sure

I had a complicated situation where I was moving from city to city. I received my passport at my hotel a few hours before getting on my next flight. Patty Henriquez made it happen for me. On top of that She was kind to me through my entire chaotic request. Patty is the best!

Very disappointing. The package arrived one week later than it was supposed to. The application contained many errors listing me as MALE when my passport clearly said I am a Female plus other missing information. It had to be completely re done. My assigned consultant did not provide updates timely. I had to incur $110 FedEx expenses instead of using the prepaid FedEx label with 3 day delivery because of the delay and I was worried that I would not get it in time for my travel. I plan to the the public know with the facts that occurred to me. I will never use this service again

Paid my money, filled out my personal information. Website said someone would contact me ASAP to go through application. Not only did no one ever contact me, when I attempted to call there was no answer after being on hold for 15 + minutes 3 times. I tried to take it upon myself to navigate their process with no assistance and it was near impossible as information on their website that they show as a "link" to a video or instructions, are not at all links rather just font formatted to look like a link. I did get decent assistance from Lourisha, she sited that changes in their process were making my application process a little more difficult, but then after being reassured that someone would get back to me that evening no one did, and not the day after either. I will be reporting as fraud and filling fraudulent charges on my credit card. This is a time sensitive process and information privacy sensitive and they definitely cannot be trusted with either and are not concerned about it.

Just to add to this - if you're in a situation of needing it in a rush - FIND a federal location that deals with urgent travel through the passport website. If you follow their instructions and get an appointment as soon as you know you need one, the process is very streamlined and easy and takes scammers like this out of the picture! I easily got mine with 5 days to spare!

This business is garbage. Horrible communication. Lazy and ignorant reps. They are rarely at work and often do not answer calls. Hangs up on you for no reason. They don't listen when you are talking and mumbles in broken english.

From the moment I called to the time when I had my passport in hand ~7 days later, every single interaction I had with Passports & Visas team was exceptional. Highly recommend.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with! I ordered an expedited visa which took over 3 weeks to obtain. No one reached out to me at anytime, I had to contact them from the start, they were no help in answering questions. They would not return phone calls or emails, I emailed the supervisor who also ignored my email and never responded. I would never recommend this place to anyone! It was not worth the over $400

Really easy to use software and responsive to all of my questions!
