I am sorry to say that but yesterday I was sending a lot messages because my bumps itchy raised my hands, my head under hurt my on front of my face same a lot of pain the bumps going to extend more and yesterday I try to have connection with a doctor to see me but never no call me and no have any interest, Aneta after hours send me messages about medication what I was taken a lot from thre different doctors thre times and still I have but no have any effect so Sunday i was having appointment by phone whit a doctor what he insist to give me medication again what I refuse because I was trying many times medication, I was asking to make appointment for me whit a doctor because appointment what I have is on 3 March is to far and my bumps hurt me and itchy raised me and can cause more pain and infection. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE GP NO HELPING ME OUT OF ANY ISSUE OR REASONS FOR NON SERVICE.!!!!!ANETA SEND ME MESSAGES AND ASK ME WHY I RESUSE THE DOCTOR TO GIVE ME AGAIN MEDICATION???AND SHE RECOMMEND ME TO GO ON EMERGENCY ,THEY NO CARE IS EASY TO GIVE YOU MEDICATION OUT OF ANY TEST BLOOD AND OUT OF ANY TEST OF SKIN ???? It's a great service and has changed my GP experience completely. It's so good for working families, as sitting in a phone queue was something I had no time for.
Whatever the outcome I know that I'm going to get a timely response. I just wish my GP surgery would read the patchs request properly as half the time the response is not what I actually asked for.

Just another AI programme taking over, the problem with this system is you can not get to see a GP, the system tries to steer you to private medical services.
It can take a long time to receive a reply from the practice, when you are worried about a problem you do not want to be typing your problems online you want to be talking to a human and feel like you are going to get the care you need.
It often diagnoses that you have some thing you do not and suggests you can get online help.
My practice only open the system at 8am in the morning and close it again later in the day, why ?
It is designed to make it look like the practice is clearing the back log of patients in a timely manner but they are not.
If I get told to make an appointment and sent a link, this will then take me to the practice booking system where 90% of the time I get a message to say they have no appointments and to keep trying, the problem is the link only lasts 7 days so if no appointments turn up you have to start all over again.
Some people are saying the system is good for repeat prescriptions but we already had that service in place running smooth before patch system so patch has not made that good.
And how are the elderly supposed to navigate this system ?

I think Patchs is great .. able to contact Newton Drive easily .. have always had a very quick response with either an appointment or advice. The repeat prescription service is excellent too.

A good system but times out after 30 mins.
Itâs a good system but times out after 30mins which should be enough. But when youâve been advised to type here all that wrong while not feeling well is tough. Sooo many questions filled fully and then at the end said timed out. Did it again with less info and said I canât continue, maybe because of chest pains which have already been discussed in past. JUST BE QUICK AND VAGUE I SAY!
