Excellent customer service. I had to cancel my order because of a delay in delivery but they were very easy to talk to and helpful.

In spite of informing me that you were delevering this order to Wellingborough, Northants, you have delevered it to my address in Selby, Yorkshire which is 134 miles away from where it should be.
I have to say that Paul Stride were quick to respond to this error and ensured that the mistake was rectified promptly.

I ordered the wrong colour so arranged for it to be sent back the next day and the man I was dealing with named Kevin was so helpful and kind he arranged collection and ordered the second pram out to me within a week. Absolutely great service and friendly staff highly recommend x

Having received some advice from Kevin via a Facebook chat, I places an online order over a weekend. Monday morning arrived and I had an email asking when I needed the Pram a couple of very pleasant emails back and forth and I was told I would receive a phone call when the Pram was in to arrange a delivery date but this could be a few weeks away. About a week later I got a call and the Pram was delivered two days later. Excellent service, fantastic communication from the sales and orders team! And the Pram is brilliant too! Can’t fault Paul Stride at all! Thanks for making this an easy purchase during lockdown.

Excellent service (despite the lockdown. Really easy to access them using the 1-1 call to discuss products. Easy to order online for collection in store. Simple collection process with all social distancing observed. Had a slight fault with one item but both Paul Stride and the manufacturer resolved it really quickly, simply and easily with no fuss or difficulty. Couldn't recommend them more and will definitely shop here again.
