Excellent customer service and help both prior to buying the sofa, and afterwards. Very professional and helpful logistics team too.

Good quality mattress, delivered within a week rather than some competitors who had nothing available until June! It baffles me why this is not how bed and furniture sales are organised by all in this country.

After having a VERY bad experience with another company called ‘Shabby Store’, I was delighted when I saw the exact same ginger jar for sale at Pavilion Broadway and it was cheaper due to being on sale too!

We bought a table and chairs, and had shopped around, but the price was best at pavilion broadway. The delivery time was quick, and when one of the chairs came with a small chip on the leg, they replaced it straight away, no quibble, so their customer service is good also. We are very happy with our purchase and would shop there again.
