I found the whole experience buying my new sofa easy and pleasant . From the friendly and helpful sales staff through to the very accommodating delivery team (Scott and James ) who went the extra mile in getting my very large sofa into place . Thank you all

Perfect delivery experience from Scott and James. So friendly and helpful. There was a mark on the table which I pointed out and Scott took the time to gently buff it out for me with a cloth! He didn’t have to do that, so I was both impressed and thankful!

Really lovely mango wood bench from Pavilion Broadway. Beautiful piece and arrived very well packaged to protect it in transit.
Full marks also to Scott and James the delivery drivers who were brilliant. Arrived on time and phoned in advance before they arrived. They even offered me a lift up my drive.

Price match promise appears not to be true. I found an alternative better price, provided all the details, URL link to the other product to only receive a standard response noting ‘rejected’ not even an explanation.

Myself and my partner have ordered a fireplace log holder which is beautiful but has a dent in the metal.
I have contacted Pavillion Broadway but got no answer over the phone and left a voicemail giving all of my details for them to get back to me. After 4 days I am still awaiting a response.

The quality of the item is great but there is a small dent in the side of the basket which is very visible.

What amazing customer service. I made a mistake with ordering and Sue was incredibly helpful and refunded me no questions asked. Strongly recommend this company.

I don't often write reviews, as there is always an excuse why I don't get round to it! I had to sit down and write this straight away.

We were fortunate enough to have Scott and Gareth visit our home today. (My choice of words here is careful and deliberate! They didn't 'deliver' our furniture, they did so much more than this.)

Scott and Gareth have to be 2 of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. The positives are so many - friendly, polite, punctual, helpful, informative, professional, kind, caring, great with dogs (!), considerate, exceptional manners. I could go on.

You don't often meet people in life like these 2. I sincerely hope that Pavilion Broadway know, recognise and appreciate what they have in Gareth and Scott. I would be so lucky, if my business was represented by Gareth and Scott.

We have a problem. My wife ordered a table but didn't get any response to confirm the order. Two weeks later I got an email telling us it was to be despatched but, by then, I had given up and bought and received an identical item elsewhere. I rang and asked for delivery to be stopped and the order cancelled but they have delivered the unwanted items and want to charge me £20 to return it. They seem incapable of accepting that it was a failure in their order system which caused the problem and every time I ring I get a different person. Very frustrating and I won't buy from them again.
