Very very good early delivery not having to wait weeks delivery people very helpful great.

Everything was easy. The products were amazing, high end and beautiful and they helped me organise shipping to Spain. Just effortless. Amazinf service from everyone i came in contact with. Can't recommend them enough!

Bought Hypnos bed. Fantastic bed staff was amazing. Took time to help me make the great choice. Product was delivered before scheduled which was amazing. Delivery and installation was great. I highly recommend Pavilion.

One of the most excellent examples of good customer service I have ever experienced. From ordering through to delivery everything was exemplary. I was kept well informed at all times by friendly staff. The delivery men were most helpful and again happy! And the product was first class.

Not only am I happy with my purchase of a Jonathan Charles coffee table but Pavilion went out of their way to find a speedy delivery slot. A wonderful company to deal with.

Ordered 2 of these chairs, arrived on time.
Staff very polite and helpful.
But, unfortunately we found the chairs to be nothing like the ones we ordered, or the picture description that was shown.
I phoned straight away for them to be collected and returned. I was told this would be arranged from their end.
I was amazed to be told there was a collection charge of £80!!!
I have now phoned twice, sent 2 emails and no response.
Hopefully they will be in touch soon to arrange collection.

Another perfect delivery from Pavilion……so professional from first point of contact to completing the delivery last week…..highly recommend….no issues and they went above and beyond to help me to complete a bedroom at a wedding venue. Always so professional and efficient.

Terrible customer service. Had the same experience as others of being ignored by staff who were more interested in going home than selling us £12,000 worth of Duresta sofas. I could not believe the total lack of engagement from staff who didn’t look like they wanted to be there. Even when you walked over to them you felt like it was an effort for them to answer questions and this was over an hour before they closed. It was quite shocking to see such a lack of care and attention given to customers looking to spend a lot of money. You get better customer service at IKEA!
We therefore decided to go elsewhere and get the same items £1700 cheaper, so in one way thanks for ignoring us!

Excellent service from the get go. You can actually get to speak to a person if you so wish. Large range of unique items of furniture, to fit those awkward little alcoves you find in cottages. Offered up a price reduction and free delivery all the way from Tewkesbury to N. Wales, tremendous service distinctly lacking in many places today. Thank you.
