Very bad experience. Communication issues. I made an order and two weeks passed it was not delivered. Contacted then on chat and have got a reply that they sent me an email with updates. No email received from them. Asked to cancel my order and it took a day to get confirmation. Very difficult to get information from them. Now waiting for refund.

Bizarre experience. Placed an order. After a few days email received saying “SIM card assigned” then another “device calibrated”. Then over a week later a load of questions as they wanted to upgrade to a more expensive model. Replied, then more questions then silence. So after 18 days having not received what I ordered asked them to cancel the order and refund me.

My device did not work. I tried it for 24 hours and sent it back. They refused to refund because they said it was damaged. My dog wore it for 24 hours in my garden during which time it did not track properly. It was not fit for purpose, the customer service was terrible. The support for the app was terrible. The customer support phone line did not work. Complete waste of money. Really an awful experience. I have since bought a tractive tracker that actually works. Please do not use this company.

Awful company. Wasn't happy with the product - it was tracking journeys that hadn't been done! I emailed to request a return and was provided with an address. Item was returned via Royal Mail tracked return. 2 months later, still waiting for a refund despite numerous emails. Now having to claim a refund via my bank. Avoid at all costs!!

Agree with the other review, awful company. Lied about the size of my dogs collar being the reason the tracker broke but actually was that the type of plastic was not fit for purpose. Twisted any correspondence with me to fit their own narrative, not at all professional. If I buy a tracker I don't expect to find it hanging off my dog whilst off lead on a beach. I declined the offer of an upgraded version as I completely lost trust in the product as I don't trust it would be there when I needed it

This is an update to my previous review.
I eventually received the tracker and as requested made plans to return for my refund. The website gave an address for returns but stated I needed to email support before sending. I did this and got told to just send it back (same rude person who I’d been in contact with throughout. A Lynell Fernandes (company director). I replied I was following instructions as given on the website and needed return instructions. She told me to send it tracked and gave me a different address to return it. So I sent it tracked and received confirmation that it had been delivered by Royal Mail. She denies receiving it so no refund will be issued… what a surprise.
I have now reported this company to trading standards and I suggest anyone else having a negative experience with them does the same before more people are duped.
