Eventually the system worked, but not until after 2 security messages and 3 weeks of waiting on customer service to return my messages.

PayBright has been an awesome partner to work with. Working with Lois, Miranda, Jesse, Nick, Steve, & Josh on the partner support side of the business has been an absolute pleasure. They are responsive and caring. We call a lot for support and they always treat us with respect and kindness. Highly recommend PayBright and especially their partner support. Ils prennent toujours un paiement supplémentaire dans mon compte et après ça prends 6 mois pour être remboursé sans compter tous les efforts qu'il faut faire pour ravoir son argent! Ils m'ont fait le même coup chaque fois! Mon erreur a été de leur laisser plusieurs chances! J'ai utilisé leur service 5 fois et ce fut le cas à chaque fois! C'est n'importe quoi! Ils prennent 2 prélèvements le jour de l'achat et 3 autres par la suite. Ne prenez pas leur service!

First pre-auth was refused. Contacted client service they told me to try again on a different device and a private web session. It worked. My transaction at Lasik MD went smoothly. Very satisfied with PayBright services. I recommend.

Cannot contact anyone at company. My bank account was compromised. Every time I would log in to change my banking information it wouldn’t change it. This went on so long that I received a collection letter. My credit was A1 until I got mixed up with this company. The 0% financing was attractive until a few months into my contract they changed it to 19%.
It feels criminal to me.

Easy, fast and simple in any way

The response time was good however the problem I had using my CC wasn't fixed. I kept getting a message that my CC wasn't a Canadian CC even tho it was. I had to use a different source to make payments which was disappointing because I wasn't able to get points if I could have used my CC.

I loved the efficiency of the process and the 0% interest rate. I could have paid it off but figured with no interest why not just hold on to my money.

Easy online finance and soft loan for them who can not cash purchase and better than high interest credit card.

Would not hesitate on using this company. There literally is no downside to it. Was seamless, was able to get the product I needed within a day. Love that they have an app that actually works, let's you change the banking info to credit card. 5 out of 5, highly recommended.

Bought an new iphone at Apple store online, and never thought will be so easy to aply and pay with PayBright. Will certainly use it for other purchases.
