Completely disgraceful fitting.
A child could have done better.
Not acceptable on any account.
Short cuts , long cuts tucked into corners.

The filters were outstanding and the job was done fast and cleanliness was kept

I had no problem with anything, everything went smoothly and the fitting. Carpet has been laid perfect with underlay. Great company will recommend and use again

Really good quality carpet, installer was very professional and courteous, installation was very done efficiently.

Lovely carpets installed. Men turned up roughly when they were supposed to but worked on until it was all done. Just know that scraps wont be taken i didnt see that on the website and had a surprise on the day ( it is on there though) but wasnt too much of an issue. Overall easy to organise, and ended up with a lovely product.

Was given a mouldy carpet; they took over a month to come and look at it refused to take it & refit because conveniently the whole range is out of stock? I paid off 90% of the carpet before having it fitted they have refused to refit and refuse to answer an emails about some sort of refund! Manchester area do not use

It took 6 weeks for Carpet to be delivered and fitted. I had one date cancelled and rebooked. There was not a lot of communication during the wait which worried me slightly.
Now delivered and fitted so my 15month old is able to crawl around safely. I love the quality and colour. Only thing to improve is the customer service between Order and Payment until the delivery. I would recommend and use the service again.

I would strongly advise people to think twice before using Pay Weekly Carpets based on my experience.
The fitters recommended by the company caused damage to my floors during the fitting. They also brought the wrong flooring, failed to supply the required door bars, and took away a significant amount of my flooring without returning what I had specifically asked to have returned.
Unfortunately, my experience with the office/customer service was just as disappointing. I found the communication and customer service extremely poor, and I did not feel that my concerns were dealt with properly or that the situation was resolved satisfactorily.
What should have been a straightforward flooring installation turned into a very stressful and frustrating experience, with damage to my property, incorrect materials, missing items and flooring that was taken away.
I would expect a company to take responsibility when things go wrong and to properly address a customer's concerns. Sadly, that has not been my experience with Pay Weekly Carpets.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and reviews both the standard of the fitters they recommend and the way customer complaints are handled.

The measurements where wrong on our carpel for the bedroom. The carpet was smaller.
So had to wait 2/3 weeks on the right measured carpet getting delivered.
Apart from that the service was good. A nice good quality carpet.

It would be beneficial. To have a more better time slot rather than 8-6pm.
Twice this happened to us. Maybe a better service if you say morning or afternoon. Instead of getting a call. 15 minutes before they arrive. Leaving someone sitting in the house all day.
On two occasions. Isn’t great.
Especially seen as we had to wait 2 days in for the same carpet and room. And never got fitting till after 4pm.

Quick and easy installation, only took 1 hour for a very large room, very friendly guy also, I forgot his name but he made me and my dad feel comfortable

Really happy with the service from start to finish! The team were friendly, helpful and professional, and the carpet looks absolutely lovely. The quality is great and it has completely transformed the room. Everything was done efficiently and to a really high standard. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for new carpets. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Was supposed to have carpets fitted on stairs and landing yesterday, fitter came and after having a look said he hasn’t been supplied with enough carpet to do the job. Tried to get hold of head office and the lines just ringing out! Won’t be using again!

I have been with pay weekly for years and I am so happy with my carpets what was fitted today the carpet fitter Paul and his friend was so polite and funny I would say they are the best fitters I have so far and I personally only have them doing my carpets as they know what they are doing and other fitters I have don’t seem to be friendly and not very talkative they just want to rush the job and get out etc and not do a good job but who ever getting there carpets done etc I would recommend Paul and I am a very happy customer 😊

Really good payment scheme, cheap and affordable weekly payments, carpet installed within a few weeks and the workman was really good and did it within a few hours and to perfection.

Absolutely fantastic service. Friendly and helpful. Great quality products fitted to perfection. Very highly recommended.

The floor looks beautiful and it was delivered on time.
