I had my vinyl flooring installed today and I have to say I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the workmanship.

The job looks rushed and unfinished, with visible cuts and uneven sections in the vinyl where it hasn’t been trimmed properly. I also spoke to the sales assistant, Hannah Rayner, who advised me that I would have to wait an entire month before someone could come out to rectify the issues and re-lay the flooring.

To make matters worse, the contractor who installed it didn’t even apply sealant around the edges to properly protect the flooring. The overall finish looks awful, untidy and extremely tacky — certainly not what I expected after paying for a professional installation.

I’m now left having to wait weeks to have what should have been a properly completed job corrected.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying clear of this company. I’m extremely unhappy with both the standard of the installation and the lack of urgency in resolving the problems.

Honestly by a million miles the best company if it's kind I've ever worked with. Nothing but 5 stars from me. Thank you!

Contacted 10 mins before delivery. Delivery guy very pleasant and had no problems bringing carpet upstairs. Efficient transaction would use again

They took there time with it all it is an amazing price for the quality of the carpet

This is my 3rd time using pay weekly great company and super affordable I wouldn’t of been able to have new carpets if it wasn’t for the way they offer payment plans no credit checks I will continue to use the company for all my flooring in future

6 weeks I've been paying for a kitchen vinyl, but have had 2 fitting appointments cancelled on the morning of them coming, still taking my weekly money even though I don't have the flooring yet. No response to my formal complaint via email.

It was good, 5 star rating, but next time one of a man comes, you need two people to help the person who's here because it was on the 2nd floor.

Absolutely can’t fault Luke! Goes above and beyond to help. I’ve known him for many years. Since using them the.m first time I’ve never looked back they have done my floors numerous times and had my home kitted out with blinds too. If you want new floors blinds or even furniture don’t hesitate to contact Luke no credit checks done. Honestly you won’t regret it.
