Im very happy with my purchase this is so good for people like myself that cannot afford to pay outright for flooring . It really is a good service and the carpet fitter was great .polite friendly .i will use them again .

Very fair prices considering you pay weekly, Good choice of quality items, always answer the phone and are friendly, helpful. Carpet fitter was friendly, asked if there was anything specific I wanted doing, neat and tidy.

Brilliant experience, the lads fitted my stairs carpet with no problems, they were clean and tidy quick and efficient I cannot fault them, Thank you so much, overall very happy with my experience from my pay weekly.

The fitter was on time gave us a message before hand.. friendly and efficient. Explained the process and how he was fitting it. Fantastic job done .. very happy.

Absolutely fantastic. Got in contact. A man came out and took all the measurements and what a friendly man he was, very helpful. We then had a date when the carpet was getting put down but then they changed it to a week after which was a bit annoying but luckily we didn’t take our old carpet up before. The man who laid the carpet was really friendly, he came and laid all the underlay and carpet within an hour. Very satisfied up to now!

Lads were lovely.couldnt ask for better fitting.its fantastic.now we just completed new furniture too.in with new out with old.xx

more than 3 times what it costs normally, they said because its on credit, yes 450quid you want me to pay more than double the actual price with installation today, they re for sirco properties etc, not us

Poor experience

I’ve spent thousands with this company over the years, including wooden blinds, so I’m really disappointed with how this situation was handled.

I paid Brian £30 to come out and provide a quote, and then paid my first instalment of £42 towards having my stairs carpeted. I received numerous messages confirming that the fitting appointment was going ahead, including instructions to remove my existing flooring beforehand.

On the morning of the appointment, I received another message confirming the fitting was going ahead, so I removed the old carpet as instructed, leaving exposed flooring and nails. I then received a phone call from the office cancelling the appointment.

When I asked when it could be rearranged, I was told it would be another two weeks. This simply wasn’t good enough, as I have a two-year-old at home who was then at risk of hurting herself on the exposed nails.

I made a complaint to the office because I felt the situation was completely unacceptable. I also asked for both the £30 cash I had paid Brian and the £42 payment I had already made towards the carpet to be refunded. I was only refunded the £42.

So, effectively, I paid £30 for Brian to come and quote for a job that the company then couldn’t fulfil as arranged.

After spending so much money with this company over the years, I’m extremely disappointed with the way I’ve been treated. Unfortunately, I won’t be using them again.
