They have no customer service representative at all . Haven’t received none of my documents for my pet . I’ve been call since 09/25/24. No one answered or responded back to me at all . Very disappointed in this situation because now I can’t get my refund back.

The mental health counselor that provided the letter is not licensed in state of Utah and letter was not accepted. Refused to provide a valid letter for state. Waste of money.

This is great way to get a quick letter. For me, I was late on getting a letter for a new house, and I needed documentation that I was ESA approved by the deposit fee date. This got the process started but I had to pay my full deposit-including pet fees because of the delay (my fault!). The landlord and Lease Agreement stated that they wouldn’t take an ESA letter from websites that only do ESA letters in simplest terms… So, I needed my psychiatrist to write a letter as well. I’m not sure if I needed this website or not for my situation. $100 isn’t something everyone has laying around- especially if my contractor won’t take this type of certification! Glad I had the money to again, get the ball rolling. However, I will say it seems like a great site for traveling.

The letters are great, except that despite the gender prefix being correct (Mr), all the pronouns are "her" and my housing does not like this :(

Easy process

Mail letter mistook me for a female. I am male. Can you fix this please.

I am a man and put down Mr and you put she in the letters but still labeled me Mr I need the letters revised ASAP.

My letter has the wrong pronoun I am a male and the letter is addressed to Mr. Dejesus but everywhere else it refers to me as “her” this is incorrect.

The MOST affordable ESA pet letter and travel certificates around and with the quickest turn around that is included .
For the amount you pay on pretty much EVERY other site you could have everything needed and save yourself a ton of money .

Do NOT use this site. Their “Doctors” are not even familiar with all the laws regarding ESA and Service animals. I paid almost $200 for complete crap. the 30 minute Letter guarantee was not honored, I received my letter 2 days later after attempting to reach out to support. They then used the incorrect pronouns in the letter which I had to write a whole review about for them to fix as their Customer support is virtually non existent. After receiving my second letter, my new landlords pointed out many discrepancies in the letter which they were right about. They state in the letter that ESA animals cannot be denied in temporary housing (hotels, motels etc.) nor charged, which is incorrect. That only applies to service animals. Their Airline letter is also complete crap as DOT no longer requires airlines to allow ESA animals to fly for free inside the cabin. I now have to submit a new letter through their ATTORNEY, because of this fake letter. Very unprofessional and un knowledgeable.
