Do not go to this chemist. They’re are very unprofessional and have appalling customer service.
Won’t waste any more words on them.

Needed some medication for my elderly parents who are home bound. Went to many different Pharmacies and was told that these medication in this dosage could not be found. Then I tried Barrons’s pharmacy next to a GP surgery in Tooting.
Monika, was amazing and went out of her way to solve my problem. She informed me that it could be collected between 10 to 11 AM next day and I would be texted once medication arrived. Not only did she send me a text message to my mobile, but she rang me as well before 10 AM. She is a rare example of someone who just cares!! Superb customer service.

After telephoning the company, I received my goods by overnight delivery. Very pleased

I Placed an order online on 24th May for 2 x 500ml of Metatone. Still waiting for delivery on the 13th of June. Contacted them by email without any response so rang the contact number on the confirmation of the order. After being transferred 3 times finally informed that the order was cancelled, when asked when they cancelled it I was informed 24th May because they had NO STOCK!! Really!! I asked why they did not inform me that they had cancelled the order so I could purchase elsewhere - Silence!

I must say they were polite and did apologise however reading the other reviews this seems to be a common problem.

If your running an online business this is a good example of how not to.
