After struggling to find a dentist I was recommended to pearl dentist and I can honestly say they are fantastic!!!

A big thank you to Dr. Demetrio , very impressed with the work he carried out for me .

And the whole team in general are great , very professional and friendly!!

Fantastic dentist at a very reasonable price point

Very happy with them and will continue using them into the future .

Will also be highly recommending them to anyone looking for a new dentist

Appointment was made to consider implant surgery. Attended the appointment and advised the receptionist that I was uncomfortable in completing an online form to detail my full medical history. It felt very invasive, no treatment was planned, just an inspection and consultation. If any treatment plan was consented to, I would happily provide a full medical history. On sitting in the chair the dentist refused to continue without the medical history. Their time and my time was wasted. At no time was I advised that this was a necessity for a consultation.

Hi. I went to the Pearl clinic in Antalya in June 2025 to have new implants on both jaws.
They installed the wrong product without stating why.
Lower jaw was simple, so i thought, however, my upper jaw was to have 7 implants to accommodate 6 on 3, or 7 on 3 in my case. I returned to the same clinic in the first week of january 2026 to have the new implants fitted.
On the day of the fitting, one day before my flight home, I was shown an all on 6 top bridge, completely against what was previously agreed at the time of implants, and was documented. which was an 3 on 6
At this point in time, I had no choice but to have the all on 7 bridge fitted.
So after the fitting, I had the following issues.
1. The colour of the bridges were the wrong colour (way to white) I am 59, not 19. The dentist said that they would stain in 6 months, but i doubt that this would be the case
2. The lower bridges were in so much pain, due to the height of the bridges being too tall. This was reported to the clinic, on WhatsApp, on the 16th of January but this was denied by the clinic
3. I could not talk as the upper bridge had a false gum. This should not have been the case with an all on 3 on 6/7 and was documented prior to the implants.
4. My top implants were placed to suite an all on 7 bridge, not 3 on 7
My dentist said that I should try the all on 7 top bridge and if i was not happy with the result, return to have 3 on 7 bridges replaced, however, as the top implants were not in the correct location, no benefit would be seen. I also had a big bulky top lip because of the false gum.
5. The 3 on 7 top bridge would be in the same location. Not providing what I agreed too.
The clinic will state that the implants were placed due to the state of my upper gum, however, this was never communicated to me until fitting of the new bridges.
I have no confidence in the Pearl Clinic and the way they go about there business.
Therefore i chose a new supplier who has resolved the majority of my issues, not all as 2 of the implants are in the wrong place and will need replacing so i can have the solution i requested in the first place.
if you want an all on 6 solution with a bulky big gum, then go for it. There will be a rebuke to my review but be carfull.

I had an amazing experience at this dentist.
Anas was gentle, kind, patient and communicated thoroughly throughout my treatment.
He kept stopping, asking if I was OK and letting me have regular breaks.
