ended up leaving this dentist due to pressure sale of Invisalign and overcharging NHS a scale and polish charging me £ 60
checked the NHS website and this should be included in band 1

We paid Pear Tree a very steep £180 for a Check up prior to moving from our current Denplan Dentist which we had been with for 17 years. All went well, we signed all the paperwork, called a dozen times to find out if everything was going to plan with our moving over date of 1/07/2023, practice Manager said all was good and she was personally handling our move over to Pear Tree Dental Practice, as the time came closer and closer and still not receiving any of the 6 promised call backs, zero response to our emails, we contacted Denplan only to hear nothing had been done by the Practice Manager of the Pear Tree Dental Practice. We tried 3 times that day to get through, left 3 voice Mails which was the only option to do and to this date 30/06/2023 no reply from the very unprofessional and zero customer service Pear Trash Dental Practice! I called Denplan back and said we’re staying with our current Dentist as clearly this Pear Trash Dental practice would of been a disaster to join! Instead we will continue to drive the 2 hours to go to a Dentist we have been with for 17 years. I wish I could of given zero stars to Pear Tree Dental practice because that’s what they deserve! Only thing they where good at doing was ripping us off of £180 pounds, so for the ripping off part they deserve top marks! Stay away from rip off Pear Tree Trash Dental!
