PeddyMark are the best, every time I call they are very friendly, & very helpful, they give great advice too on micro chipping! They know their products inside & out, and again, great advice on products, very fairly priced, reliable and speedy delivery and their database, Animal tracker, is equally as good , trustworthy , and reliable.
knowing our pets details are all safe when needed if our pets are ever lost! Priceless!!

This company expected me to produce a document from 20 years ago and when I couldn't refused to register my pets as a result my cat has been stolen.

Communication and reaources readily available, customer service was absolutely fantastic. highly recmmend training with this company .

Very poor customer service. 8 months since chipping my pets and registering on the free no fee service I suddenly, with no authorisation start to see attempts to take a subscription fee from my account.
I emailed in response to ensure this would be stopped and received a standard response of acknowledgement.
Since that acknowledgement, I have had multiple further attempts to take £16.99 from my account and multiple emails stating my enquiry is being dealt with. These attempts of taking an unauthorised subscription are continuing 2 weeks after my notification , every 2 days !
Buyer beware as it appears this service offers a free package but months later will quietly start to charge you !

Answer our query quickly, response to email was very fast, the person that was answering was very helpful.
Use this company with confidence you will get the questions answered.

Trust worthy and keenly priced, all deliveries arrive without delay & phone always answered promptly. Microchips are much better when the are manufactured in Europe. Peddymark are one of only a few that supply such chips and the best price of these. Beware of Asian imports.
