I would like to thank to the staff of pedro in vivo city he was very helpfull. He help us to fix my sandals his name was RIZALDY if ever u go to vivo try to ask for his help he was so nice

Do not buy.. shoes and sandals are grossly over priced for the inferior quality that won’t last for you. The PU and leather are poor quality that peels in a short period of time. This is under Charles and Keith group that has similar quality issues with products that will not last!!! Poor low quality type of material but priced at premium price.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Pedro Thailand. I placed an order over a month ago, and I have yet to receive any updates or the product itself. Despite several attempts to contact customer service, I have received no clear answers.

This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand like Pedro that claims to offer premium quality and experience. If delays were expected, clear communication should have been provided. Instead, I’m left frustrated, without my order, and questioning if I’ll ever receive it.

I expected much better from Pedro Thailand. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend anyone order from them if timely delivery and reliable service matter to you. Please resolve this issue immediately!
