Great place to be when your expecting, they make you feel super comfortable and are so friendly, great prices too and so much to offer :)

Have been for both early scan and gender scan. Both times no problems booking when I wanted, five min wait tops to be seen and very friendly staff. Any questions were answered, pictures were brilliant and would definitely recommend.

Had the most amazing experience at Peak a baby, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend it to everyone.

I booked a 16 week scan for my daughter. Not one picture given to her was clear. We were promised a re scan yet that has not been honoured.
At risk of ruining a special moment I would avoid this company and choose a more reputable one! There are lots of others to choose from!

Such an amazing experience at peek a baby Quinton, staff were really friendly & my 4d scan was beautiful baby was very active but they took the time to make sure I was able to see baby clearly, couldn't recommend this place more absolutely fantastic.

very polite and understanding came with first grandchild ans back with second grandchild now .x

Was made very welcome , very pleasant staff there was 10 of us & they were very happy to accommodate us all , talked through all aspects asked if we had any questions happy to give a 5 star rating & would recommend & use in the future

I visited the Quinton branch for a 4D scan at 27 weeks pregnant. I told them it was my rainbow baby and the continued to keep asking things like is it my first baby, why am I having growth scans etc and then asking my parents if it’s their first grand child even after explaining we had a loss which is very triggering.

It was very rushed and the one woman went “ one minute left” we didn’t get good pics and they didn’t even offer me to go for a walk or anything to reposition baby, took her 9 mins to find the baby and about 30 seconds of taking pics of the face.

Also I should add; I am getting regular growth scans so the sonogrpaher said because of this she won’t bother doing the well being check and approx weight!?! Even though it’s part of the service

I emailed the next day after I thought about it all and how it went and expressed my disappointment to be completely ignored.

Avoid this company. Quick to take your money and booking but avoiding any complaints

My first experience was very bad hence why I wrote a bad review as I was really upset from the experience due to the sonographer only. However the day after I wrote my review I had a phone call from peek a baby apologising and they offered me another scan with a different sonographer. I went for this scan yesterday and honestly I wish my second experience was my first because it was absolutely amazing. We were called in on time, the sonographer and my chaperone were the loveliest people EVER, as were the other lady’s working there. They went into great detail on my scan, it wasn’t rushed in the slightest, they answered any questions I had without me feeling like I was asking too many, they were lovely with my 4 year old daughter and I came away beyond happy. It was a much better experience and for this I would come back.

I am writing on behalf of both myself and my wife who have used these services. Absolutely brilliant service. The ultrasonographer was much more thorough than any of the NHS scans. Everything was explained in details and all of our questions were answered with ease. We have already recommended your services to friends and family.

Been here 3 times for my current pregnancy and also came for my previous pregnancy. Our ttc journey has been really difficult and Peek A Baby played a huge role is helping us both conceive and put my mind at rest throughout the pregnancy. Thank you for everything and I would highly recommend.

Peek a baby literally saved my life. I came in for an early scan with some spotting at around 6 weeks pregnant. The sonographer scanned me but couldn’t see anything so offered me an internal scan. On the internal scan the sonographer could see something that wasn’t right and suspected a VERY rare section scar ectopic pregnancy. She advised me to contact my hospital for a second opinion and SHE WAS RIGHT! The hospital confirmed it and I was booked for emergency surgery the next day. They said that had it not been picked up when it was it could have been life threatening. I will forever be grateful to Peek a baby for saving my life.

Lovely experience from start to finish. I have had 2 scans so far and both experiences were brilliant. The lady doing my scan the first time was a little bit quiet but answered my questions happily and the second time I had no issues! Definitely recommend and I will be returning soon myself.

I went to Peek A Baby in Mitcham, London at exactly 18 weeks for a gender scan allowing plenty of time to get a confirmed result… I arrived 5 minutes early, yet had to wait 25 minutes for my appointment. When I had my appointment I was rushed and sadly the sonographer lacked any personal skills. The baby wasn’t in a great position so I asked if I could move around, she said my time was up after literally a few minutes!! Her colleague stepped in and said ‘no she still has a few minutes left’ I felt like I was on a conveyer belt. It was like a money making machine that lacked any personal interaction. The lady on reception was lovely but that was about it. Like every pregnant woman, it’s a nervous and special time, yet it felt so disconnected and transactional, such a shame.

Following a miscarriage and the tragic passing of my mother whom was my best friend, this pregnancy means so much to me and my family. I had organised weeks in advance to get the family together for the big reveal and it was at the 18/19 week mark as that was the date that aligned with everyone’s availability. The special day arrived we popped the balloon and it was pink!! The first baby girl in the whole family with 8 boys… a daughter for me after losing my mother. A very emotional day for us all. Overjoyed and overwhelmed. Fast forward 10 days to my 20 week NHS scan… it’s a boy!!

I paid privately for a service that specialises in this area and spent a lot of time and money on the gender reveal day which everyone was emotionally invested in…
This is just unacceptable!

Whilst they cannot confirm 100% accuracy, they advertise 99.9 % and I feel this was wrong simply due to no other reason than the lack of care, time and professionalism.

If the images where not clear enough they should never have committed to the gender reveal… it’s that simple.

Peek A Baby need to be held accountable for this because this is messing with peoples lives and mental health. For a couple of weeks, I have believed I’m carrying a baby girl, whilst I will love my baby boy just as much it’s still a huge shock to have to adjust, as long as my baby is healthy that’s the main thing. Just a huge let down from Peek A Baby, especially when you are paying for a specific result and service!

I informed them of their errors 4 weeks ago and they have not contacted me. I contacted them 3 weeks ago to ask for their email address as they do not publish this on their website to casually be told that the ‘boss’ had said they would rescan me... to which I declined as I wouldn’t want to endure such a sloppy unprofessional experience again. The lady also said ‘you was the lady I spoke to a few weeks ago…’ no not me.. it was last week ago so I wonder how many scans they are actually getting wrong and women are to upset to bother to follow up/ leave reviews.
I have sent a complaint later 2 weeks ago and have not received any response. I had this scan 6 weeks ago…
Considering the ‘boss’ is aware of their error I am yet to receive a response or acknowledgment of my complaint letter. Absolutely disgusting service.
They just take your money, rush your appointment and can’t get you out the door quick enough!
