I order my pellet bedding on October 16th and have still not received them! This is the 1st communication that I have received. When I go to my account it just says that the order is pending! Feeling frustrated!

Excellent customer service. Although some delay at first I was kept informed right up until delivery.
Delivery by Palletways was excellent, the driver was very helpful and courteous. Thank you for the good experience. Janet

first time we put miscanthus pellets in we piled them in the corner of the stable ,as we had with wood pellets . Rio ,our horse , dived into them like a kid in a sweetshop .After dragging her off we cleared the spare pellets from the stable and made sure all pellets were covered with shavings .As an underlayer they work well absorbing the wet ,but we have to cover them .

I ordered and received notification that the order was being processed. That was more than 2 weeks ago. I have had no other communications from pelletbeds. Their website says they may take up to 3 weeks to deliver but I wouldn't have expected to have to go hunting for that information.

Ordering was easy however was disappointed in the lack communication regarding the status of the order. Once contacted received a phone call so the personal touch went a long way.

I Use Pelletbeds on my full and part livery yard. Great value, makes a lovely bed. And fast delivery. Wouldn’t use anyone else 😊

Ordered straw pellets and haven't used them before, so received good advice from Company as to which type would suit me best. Efficient and great service, including delivery. Haven't tried them yet, as still using old wood pellets but will review product later.

Pelletbed has been extremely cost effective and easy to use bedding for my Shetlands. It is very absorbent and provides a stable and comfortable bed for them. David and his staff have always been great to deal with and very honest with the delivery schedule in some very challenging times. I highly recommend.

I’ve moved my gelding onto the miscanthus pellets having been disappointed with wood pellets recently. These pellets make an exceptionally dry bed with very little removed each day to the muck heap. Definitely will be buying again

The driver phoned to tell me he would be half an hour. When he arrived he said he could not get the lorry through the 5 bar gate so had to unload outside. It would be helpful if you had a smaller lorry for deliveries as most yards surely have only a 5 bar gate. Very pleased with punctuality of delivery and the product
