There was always a member of there Penny staff to guide me through the process. On the first time using the service i was apprehensive and anxious about the process as i required our funds for a particular deadline. Penny where extremely help through the whole experience and delivered on on the date of my deadline. So i was very happy

I would highly recommend Penny for selective invoice finance. Bobbie in particular provides excellent service at every stage of the process. Whenever I introduce a client to Penny, I feel reassured they will receive the same great service!

Very quick repsonse to my enquiry, and total professionalism by all involved. Great Company and quick and fast access to funds. Special mention to Bobbie Knight for being so courteous and a pleasure to do business with.

If you need fast and hassle free access to cash tied up in unpaid invoices, this is a very good service.

Found Penny Freedom online and opened an account within minutes was in need of advancing invoices due to wages, in very short time my account manager Natalia went to every great lengths to achieve this and clear things up with myself, client but most importantly I was able to pay my guys just in time for Christmas. 5* service, We've been using penny for around a year, service and prompt payments as well as dealing with client problems are next to none, they have a professional approach and are always helping where they can, Vaida is a credit to the business.

Poor 'computer says no' service with absolutely no empathy shown by their staff. Every call was answered in an unprofessional, generally unenthusiastic manner by staff who clearly don't want to be there. Given the way the business is run they may not be there much longer.

We have thirty nine clients belonging to one group - One of that group was a week late with payment and as a consequence all payments from that group are now frozen. When that client pays and should another be late - all receipts - frozen. They could sit on ALL our reciepts for months. The fault lies with Penny Freedoms insurance aparently - they chose to short cut and insure the group not the individual clients: and why should that be our problem? Add to that immediate harrassment of clients if payments are the slightest overdue severely damaging our credibility. What part of factoring do this company not understand? Do not use this company if your business depends apon it - it very likely will.

Absolute waste of time. Waited 2 weeks from confirmation with still no pay out. Always told they are doing there final checks. Cancelled and invoice myself will now wait 30days

I couldn't speak more highly of Penny. Yes their fees are probably higher than mainstream factoring companies but they are great for start ups who cannot obtain finance.
Their customer service and validation teams were always on hand to help and my first invoice was paid out very quickly.

I found the Portal a bit tricky and needed a helping hand to familiarise myself with it. Hard to get that right first time.
I’ve been paid my first invoice after just a few days from registering.

Second time we have used Penny , easy and very helpfull we will be using them a lot more it adds the extra cash which is needed for piece of mind as well as financial help .

Penny have been our saving grace as a business. We have made use of their services for over a year due to the outstanding communication and personal touch. Lauren and Kate have been particularly helpful, they are at the end of the phone when ever needed and both work very efficiently.
