I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case I felt it was well deserved.

I loved the designs, but when reading the reviews after ordering, I was preparing myself for a disappointment.
But this wasn't the case! The corset arrived packaged beautifully and appeared very well made. It looks exactly as I'd hoped. I will need to get better at getting it on and off (This is my first corset. It's manageable alone, but much easier as a two-person job!), but I hope that this will become easier with practice.
Delivery was faster than stated and, although the tracking number wasn't working for me, customer support responded quickly to my queries about tracking and were able to update me on the parcels progress.

I would give letter than 1 star if i could. Even shein corset is better than this. In short a complete scam, and its so expensive. Don’t buy!

Really should have found this site before purchasing. They don’t allow refunds or exchanges, their sizing chart is way off, and the quality is junky Chinese fast fashion. 0/10, you might as well set your money on fire.

BEWARE this vendor.
DO NOT PURCHASE from them. I ordered 2 items, one came as the wrong item (they did send the correct one eventually but that was of poor quality and the sizing is not as indicated in their chart), the other was damaged and was of terrible quality (I sent pictures within a few hours of the package arriving to show evidence of the crystals that had fallen off)

On top of all that, the order arrived a week later than promised and this was a time sensitive gift. They would not return, they won't respond to my emails. nothing. I will be filing with the FTC.

I was really worried after reading many of the negative comments here. I got anxious and emailed the customer service team a week after my order. Got the reply very quickly and she reassured me that the items are mainly handsewn and not ready made, so it might take longer.

2 weeks after my order, I received email that the items had been shipped. I finally received the items at doorstep one month after the order, it was huge relief.

The corsets are literally perfect. The gemstones are so shiny and well sewn on top. The material is really good, wraps the waist firmly and gives you a beautiful silhoutte. I think the size guide is correct, I followed that and the fit is perfect.

I was wondering why the ribbon length has to be made this long, but it’s actually for you to loosen up the corset so that you can fit in and tighten around the waist. The design is really good. I am actually considering a re-order!

They don’t really update you constantly on the shipping process especially for international orders. I guess you just have to be patient, your order will eventually arrive if you put in the right address and name.

And back does not close enough- can see skin at the most lateral aspect….
Definitely should have gotten 2x

However if I fold the fabric back (or have a seamstress remove it or modify it) it will be wearable

And it is VERY WELL CONSTRUCTED

And basically nothing is returnable. This place is running a scam regarding returning things… But I think I can make it work with a little bit of money thrown at it

And I have to be honest it’s so well constructed I’m thinking of buying a bigger one because I really like it and want it to look the way I wanted it to look

DO NOT Purchase from them. Corsets came way smaller then the measurements listed on their sizing guide. I couldn't even get them on they were so small. Even though I wanted to return in less then 24 hour of the product arriving to my home, untried on, and items their return policy did not say weren't refundable they're fused my refund without me paying to ship the items all the way back to China instead of to New Jersey where the original shipment came from.

Awful experience with this company. Their sizing was incredibly small, I ordered 2XL as my cup size is DD but it was more like a B. Quality was also awful. I tried to get a refund but was refused.

Received the corset within 15 days, via international shipping as was promised. Corset fits perfect and does what it promised. As a 55 years old woman it gives a beautiful shape to my body for my wedding dress.
Only remark is that the tracking of the parcel was unclear. The provided a tracking number but it did not work.

One of the worst shopper experiences. I bought a corset, It didn't fit the way I wanted it to. Followed the return instructions. I had to bug them for updates for over 6 months. They refunded me the amount of LESS than I paid. AND i had covered the return postage of $33. What I believe they did was deduct the postage from the original cost which is wrong. They didn't pay the postage, I did. This company is scamming people out of this process. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered 3 corsets back in November - we still haven’t them nor have we received a refund after requesting one in February/March. This company is a scam, don’t order anything from them

Very cheap quality. Despite measuring myself and using the sizing chart provided, corset just did not fit me (clearly not made with bigger breasts in mind). Return process was an absolute nightmare (took forever, company was very nonresponsive, company made me pay for the shipping and handling to return, only received a partial refund).

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The product I ordered was too big and they talked me in circles for weeks not sending me information on how to return it. I was going to get a new one, but now I have no interest in working with this company ever again. Plus, the corset is bad quality and not worth all the money they pay for ads and followers on social media.

Beware!!! Don't buy from this company! They lie about the return policy. The dress I ordered from them doesn't fit my body type and I wanted to return it. I contacted them the next day after the dress arrived. We communicated by email back and forth and they agreed for me to return the dress. But they decided not to provide the shipping address. Instead, they requested I ship it back to China instead of the US location that they have and to pay the shipping cost myself minus 20% fee from my refund. That being said, the shipping cost and the 20% will be the actual cost of what I paid for the dress. So no money in return for me! If you would like to waste money and keep the unwanted product please make business with this unprofessional company. They don't know how to treat their clients nor they are willing to learn.

Really pleasantly surprised after reading awful reviews!! The shipping was much quicker than I expected (I think about a week or 10 days?) and the corset is actually really lovely and its pretty good quality - much better than many items you find on the high street! Also seems to work quite well at 'cinching'. Only comment I'd say is the cups are bigger than I expected. I'm a 32B and went for size S and I reckon I'll need to pad them out a lil bit for the style to look best...

I've emailed them twice about my order and they have not gotten back at me once. It has been two weeks and I have no clue when my order is coming. Currently disputing the order with my credit card company.

Avoid. Absolute scam artists. It says you are able to return corsets (which are a horrible quality) for a full refund within 14 days providing they are unworn and in their original condition. Well, apparently them being impossible to get on and dreadful quality isn’t a good enough reason to offer a refund so I am stuck with them.

Do not buy from here.

I actually read the other trustpilot reviews after already ordering a corset, so I wasn‘t expecting to get anything/a good product. But today it finally arrived after about two weeks and it‘s really good quality and fits me like a glove (I used their size chart).

Only 4 stars because shipping took long and I never got updates about my shipping.

says delivered, but not to me. Customer service is horrible. All they keep telling me is to contact USPS. who says it was delivered. Now disputing the charge through paypal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.
