Ordered some matcha on the 6 November which has not yet been delivered. Got a Royal Mail tracking number but they have not received it. Email sent to Perfect Red on the 22nd- no response!

Purchased a number of cans to try, all very different and all enjoyable!
Good flavour and texture.

I love how much thought they have put in to the design of the product, from the colours to how they market it. They really know their audience, the way they have managed to get the balance with the matcha taste and the added flavours is perfect. Their merch for their product, again really hits their target audience and doing a collaboration with the brand, felt warming and exciting. Overall great interaction, customer service was amazing and the product and team behind it are lovely!

I love this brand for matcha. My fave is the new strawberry matcha and the vanilla matcha is also a go to of mine. Love that they come in pods for my nespresso machine and that they have an iced matcha range too!

Been using Perfect Ted for months now and love it! I even find myself preferring my homemade matchas more than the ones from a coffee shop and I have Perfect Ted to thank!

I love Perfect Ted and being able to make easy matcha from home. Considering in a cafe a matcha is now £5, this is so much more cost effective. My favourite is the strawberry and the plain with added syrups.

I’ve just moved to England from the States, and honestly, I did not expect to find good matcha here. I’ve spent years ordering overpriced tins from niche U.S. brands because everything else was either bitter, weak, or tasted like spinach water.

So imagine my shock when I tried PerfectTed.

The matcha is unbelievably smooth, with zero bitterness, zero clumps, and somehow both vibrant and creamy at the same time. I genuinely didn’t think this quality existed outside of Japan. I even made my husband try it (he “doesn’t get the hype”), and now he has stolen my entire tin.

And the customer service?? I had a small question about shipping and they replied so quickly and were so genuinely kind that I actually reread the email because I thought I must have imagined it. You don’t get that kind of warmth often, especially when you are new to a country.

Long story short: if you’re a matcha drinker, run, don’t walk. This brand is now my entire personality

I very satisfied with their high quality products and customer service. I had an issue with the electric whisker that I bought and they were very quick to respond to my complaint and help resolve it.

Customer care were amazing. Even answering a query by calling me on a Sunday! I did have issues with changing my orders though.

I am a big big fan of PerfectTed. I have to say their matcha is by far and away the best I am able to get. Personally my favourite is the vanilla Matcha latte but also love the different pouches. I also had to reach out to the customer service advisor and they were extremely helpful.

I’m obsessed with perfect ted matcha! I don’t often leave reviews but my experience with their matcha for the past two years has been fantastic! It’s incredibly good quality and great value for money! Also great communication with Tania on a recent order. Extremely helpful!

Love the Apple Raspberry energy drink - full of flavour and hit the spot. Excellent customer service when an order was misplaced by the delivery company - they replaced it immediately on an express service.

Great customer service and prompt replies. Tania helped to quickly resolve an issue, was kind and understanding in their resolution to solve. Have been a fan of Perfect Ted matcha since they emerged, it’s refreshing to see their customer service is equally as high quality.

Great experience with customer service
I had some feedback about a product I bought. They replied within minutes and were super helpful. I spoke to Tania and she thanked me for the feedback and offered to send a different flavour pouch to me and my daughter, which was a great touch. I’ll definitely keep buying these products as they’re great

I've been a customer for so long and I loved the taste quality, but it seems like it has recently gotten much worse. My last two pouches look different -the color is more swamp-like, less vibrant. I've asked about this on their instagram but no answer.

I had issues with the delivery company - there was a mix up with my delivery and I did not receive my order. When I contacted PerfectTed they were quick to respond, chased up the delivery company for further details, and resent my order. I was kept updated throughout the process.

I have been purchasing Perfect Ted well over a year now and can honestly say it’s the best, I’m unable to drink tea or coffee as it gives me anxiety, during the day around 3pm I need a pick me up. Perfect Ted gives this to me without the anxiety or tremors which I always experienced when having caffeine. I’m in love with the mint matcha and the juicy peach drink. Ready to place my next order. 😊

EDIT (update): Following Andre's reply I contacted him, with a certain degree of scepticism. However, I must say that Andre was excellent both in the communication and resolution. After this, I will still be a costumer as I feel happy with Andre and I enjoy the energy drinks.

(Un)PerfectTed is an awful company. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte with them which is advertised EVERYWHERE as creamy and smooth. My experience was full of viscous lumps which I found disgusting. I contact the costumer service and it was an even worse experience. My suggestions for resolution where largely ignored until I sent a “letter before claim”. The messages from Tania in customer services have been extremely patronising and frustrating. I asked for fairly reasonable compensation and this of course has been ignored. I cannot even put a complaint because they are too busy ignoring me to reply any of my emails. My favourite jumper is also ruined from the experience. I am not surprised to see so many negative comments. Whilst I was going to still consume their energy drinks, the idea of having to deal with Tania in the future again puts me off completely. So I’ll be looking for alternatives. PerfectTed has probably one of the worst costumer services around.
