I need special bolts for the Ilmberger hugger. Steve the chap I was dealing with was of great help as was Ilmberger. Parts arrived in around 2 weeks time. Say thanks to Brexit.
Wrong parts sent, miscommunication between supplier and PP and still tried to charge
Spoke to Steve F first of all who was a pleasant guy and placed an order for some Rizoma bits over the phone (not a major order just some parts I was missing for a Stealth mirror and indicator install). Needed a wiring kit (in stock) and 2 gaskets for mirrors (2 weeks delay waiting for Rizoma). All the parts were sent to my parents house as that's where my bike is.
Unfortunately the wrong wiring kit was sent out to me, I spoke to the guys on the phone and they created a return free of charge for the ones I had and sent the new ones required. A few weeks after the gasket delivery arrived too.
A week later I manage to get across to my parents to install the mirrors + turn signals and find that only 1 gasket had been sent. I thought this is strange due to it being 2 mirrors, why would only 1 gasket come. Everything else is sold as a pair.
I had only that day to fit mirrors/turn signals so crafted my own 'make-do' gasket for the time being. I rang the guys the next day and again Steve F said on the phone he thought they came as a pair, so only 1 was ordered at £4 + postage. After speaking to a colleague he rang me back to say it was confirmed by Rizoma the gaskets come in as 1 and that it would be £5 for the second one?
After being sent the wrong wiring kit and now the fact that the guys there who are a main dealer for Rizoma parts in the UK didn't know that the gaskets came as a single and I would be charged another £5 (£9 total for 2 tiny gaskets!????) for the second one, I gave up. I was not prepared to wait another 2-3 weeks for a gasket to turn up.
Don't think I'll be ordering again due to the hassle and inconvenience and would've thought that the 2nd gasket would be sent free of charge due to a miscommunication from Performance Parts/Rizoma's end. Overall, a pretty poor and long winded process for 2 simple bits of kit I needed.
I hate writing negative reviews but I really would've thought Rizoma or at least Performance Parts would've sent the extra gasket free of charge due to the other mess arounds.

One things certain...When ever you see…
One things certain...When ever you see reviews... Its statistically impossible to have so many good reviews... than 25% terrible reviews... 1/3 of ALL their reviews are 1 star...this happens when company get blasted here...and they get friends and family to upload 5 star reviews. In this case as in all cases.. the 25%- reviews are what you should pay close attention too.

Sure glad my ordered was cancelled as they claimed I was rude because I told them their website sucks...and it did..and still does. Have you ever seen a website with a search bar that you type in the name of the companies product and NOTHING appears. That happened here.

Had to go to their FB page to blast them as I was beyond frustrated....than it bounced back saying they don't check..heres their email... LOL!!
Their item was so poorly listed that after I ordered I want to triple check.. turns out they only sold me half of what I needed....as they could not seem to find the product full list without having to go through 30+ pages... there was NO search that just allowed me to pull it up.
Their shipping was 1/3 of the cost of an item smaller than a golf ball...
Granted they refunded my money.. but if this company understood that it was beyond frustrating to trudge through their site...they might have been a little more sympathetic...

Very disappointing - crooks.
Very disappointing. Bought exhaust on eBay including postage then was charged twice as much postage after the auction and via PayPal. ($240 in total). Goes against eBay policy. eBay tried to help but as they sneakily used PayPal eBay couldn't do anything despite their best efforts. eBay further told me they were putting a strike against their account. Even though they got their money in full, they then tried to cancel delivery just as it was landed in my country. I rang them to ask why and basically was told because they felt sore about the whole thing. Lucky for me, they mucked up cancelling the order and I received it. Look out for these crooks if buying through eBay. Yes they will offer to cancel and refund but happy to take you money upfront and put you in an awkward position. I will never use them again.

Better than expected wait time

Installed working great, no issues whatsoever!
Went above and beyond to help me
I wanted to try swapping out my stock spring on my Z900RS before going down the much more expensive route of replacing the entire shock unit. I contacted Hyperpro and they advised their UK distributor (Performance Parts) of the part number they would need. Two weeks later I got the spring, fitted it myself and it has transformed my bike for probably a fifth of the cost of an entire shock unit. Great service and will be my first choice when I upgrade the suspension one day.
