I was about to check out with my order: a 6lb+10lb+15lb med ball, a foam pad and some bands and stared at my screen in shock when they wanted to charge me $118 for shipping—in all seriousness! That is absolutely absurd! I of course, didn’t place an order. I will look elsewhere.

All I was looking for was a couple of heavy bands but everywhere I looked the bands always came in sets. Found Perform Better where you could buy individual bands so I got my extra heavy ones. The only irritating thing is that right after I bought them I get an email saying I left something in my cart. One of those dumb ruses to get you to come back to their website for some reason since you already made your purchase.

Never was sent email stating how or when package was being sent

My experience was not terrible, but definitely room for improvement. When I signed up for the discount code, I never received one. I waited for about 15 minutes, and nothing came up on my email. It was a small order, so I went ahead and ordered without the discount. I also was not pleasantly surprised with being charged so much with the order of one "mini band". The shipping actually cost more than the product I was ordering. Ironically, I could have stopped into the office of my physical therapist and purchased what I needed there for less money. Small issues, but hopefully helpful if you'd like to improve.

Accommodated me on an error I made in the order processing. Greatly appreciated the seem-less correction.

Equipment was sent in a secure box and in good shape when I got it, excellent quality piece.

I ordered two mats 48", 56". Paid more for shipping ($64.44), due to Hawaii address, than the actual cost of products ($50). The website did not advertise that the shorter (48") mat was also 3-1/2" (inches) less on the width.
Not knowing the shorter mat would be narrower, now, stuck with the much narrower 48" mat because it would cost approx same or more for shipping costs to return as the price of the item itself.
Consequently, I have subsequently ordered a 2nd 56" mat and forced to pay another $32. plus for shipping again for the $25 (56" wider) mat.
Marketing for your website needs to include the widths of the mats in addition to the lengths. Otherwise, it is easy to presume they are the same widths but only differ in lengths.

These are the best fitness bands. I used them in my physical therapy treatment and have bought my own bands (different brands) since, but they don’t compare to these. Not be a long a shot. I figured I’d go with what I know works- Perform Better.

Perform Better has an excellent website and social media presence. While shopping on-line recently for items for my home gym, I came across their 40% off end if summer sale and scored! Also as a resident in South County RI, I was able to pick up my weights myself to avoid shipping fees. I just got to their warehouse on Division Street, called and out they came with my items and helped load them safely in my car.

Perform better is an amazing company through and through. Amazing people, great products, workers that care deeply about their customers and their peers. And no I’m not paid to write this review. Truly one of the most outstanding organizations I have encountered in my life.

The delivery was so prompt. I placed the order and the next day it arrived at my door. I realized that I order the wrong type of resistance bands, however, the customer service department was so efficient & friendly that it made the exchange process a snap!

There are never any shipping deals or coupon codes no matter how many times I've ordered from them.
