❌ *Fake products – do not trust this website!*

I ordered two perfumes from parfem4u.com and unfortunately received *counterfeit products*. The packaging and scent were clearly not authentic. I contacted the seller but received no meaningful response. This website is misleading and dishonest — *avoid at all costs*. I’ve reported them to consumer protection authorities and urge others to be cautious.

The gentleman took his time with my teenage son. He gave him several options starting from 20- 200s. My son didn't know the difference. He chose what he liked. We left without purchasing anything. My son later went back to buy two of his favorites. He got both for about $100. I researched for authentication of the cologne. Both are authentic, and each retails for over $200.

He did tell us to check the wrapping as a previous employee/owner was caught swapping out bottles or selling empty ones. Both bottles & boxes were sealed and wrapped well in clear cellophane. One bottle has a serial number engraved on the bottom and one does not, but apparently the brand doesn't engrave them.

Each fragrance lasted over 24 hrs with a single "splash" on my son's wrist.

Overall, we were very impressed. I was skeptical about brands/price and possible fakes. They have definitely won me over.

I brought two bottles and they seem water down version of Claude Marsal. I wish I could return them but it’s been passed the 30 days I feel ripped off

I ordered from them online today, I haven’t received a confirmation email or way to track my order, however my card was charged, I’ve called all their numbers and emails no response and just voicemails. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never shop here again and I’ll make sure to recommend to everyone not to shop there.

I'm extremely disappointed in the total lack of disrespect that I've received at the Tanger location today. Out of the 4 staff working only one acknowledged and greeted me while the other three blatantly disregarded me and glared with unnecessary judgment which made me feel uncomfortable, and had my mom leave the store as she felt uncomfortable.

Very disappointed.
I will never be back to this location.

I went to a Perfumes 4U in the Las Vegas north premium outlet and i walk into the store look to the right following the person i was with, i was imminently asked how they could help me, i ask “do you have any cologne for sale?” she answers “ seriously dude?” in a snarky and hateful manner while pointing to my left keep in mind she saw me walk in there and never look to that side of the store but she decides it’s fine to be rude. It’s unprofessional and rude i felt uncomfortable in there and worst of all she has that one annoying teen girl accent that’s pretty much is “sooo like what can i do for you🙄” which makes it worse because she can’t even speak right?? Get someone who can speak correctly and maybe at least speak to customers correctly i went to perfumania to buy the cologne i saw was there before leaving but thankfully Perfumania has the respect and didn’t decide to be an ass.

Very bad customer service, rude worker!

Went to the casino perfume store. Dealt with a wonderful , kind, and knowledgeable woman named Elizabeth. She took her time allowed me to sample a bunch of perfumes before choosing the right one (was the first sample she gave me) would recommend seeing her

My own fault. Should have looked up the price on Amazon which was about 1/2 price. They say BOGO, but still a complete rip off!

I placed an order about $700， they asked me to provide docs to proof I am the card holder otherwise they cancel my order. It is just so weird. I never met this before. I like that perfumes, so provided docs already but they still cancel my order no matter what I said.
After canceling my order, they rise price from $105 to $165 , They just take me as fool. They found some excuses to cancel order then rise price.

I was in the sawgrass mall store, the attention from Mrs. Dainuber was wonderful as were her perfumes.

Perfumes4U is a jock. I was call by Susan from Human resource for on interview on Tuesday 11 am. I waited till 11:14 am and she did not called. She asked me if it was possible to interview on Wednesday at 12 pm again no show and she contacted me once again to reschedule it for Thursday at 12 pm and again no show. This organization is what the customers and employees say it's. I will never accept on interview from this organization very unprofessional and horrible behaviours. Good luck to them in finding good talent.

My experience with Perfume 4U Tangerine was incredibly disappointing. I bought two '1 million' perfumes, expecting genuine products, but they turned out to be cheap knock-offs with an unpleasant scent. Despite using a credit card for the purchase, they refused the return, insisting on a receipt which I didn't have. Even after District Manager Diana assured me she would look into the matter, she never followed up and disregarded my subsequent calls and texts. This store appears to be operating dubiously, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. Local authorities should thoroughly investigate their products and business practices. If you value both your money and time, I urge you to avoid Perfume 4U.

I bought Guess Girl Eau De Toilette from the store in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada! They charged me $68 plus taxes for the perfume! But i found same perfumes for nearly half the price online and at walmart! Why is that? How is that even possible? Is this some sort of scam?

We shopped at the outlet mall in St. Louis.Dee Dee was a fantastic help. greeted us with a smile and her knowledge of the products was bar none. She helped us pick out colognes and informed us of newer and better ones.
Would shop there anytime..

Learnt a lot more about cologne and perfume. excellent customer service, will be coming back to him.
