Despues de llevar 15 años utilizando "esencia loewe hombre" es la segunda vez que me dececciona, al poco tiempo de empezarla, ya no tiene olor, simplemente es un liquido con alchool. Desde que cambiaran el formato de redondo verde, NO es el mismo perfume.

I've never written an online review for anything but I had to in this instance. I accidentally ordered the male version of my perfume and realised too late to cancel. It arrived and I immediately tried to fill out the return form which didn't recognise the order number - I tried every number on the receipt and multiple times. I contacted customer service via multiple channels and nobody is responding. So they have basically scammed me out of 150euros. It's the worst online customer experience I have ever encountered. Shocking for such a high end label.

Bought an aftershave from Loewe Perfumes in Spain November 2024. By October 2025 and with just over a third of the bottle left, the spay mechanism broke. Emailed customer service numerous times to only receive some sort of holding email saying this had been referred to their so called quality team. Three months later and after numerous chaser emails, I'm still yet to receive a response. The aftercare from Loewe for a product at this price point is next to none and I will never purchase anything from them again.

Por segunda vez me veo obligado a escribir una reseña negativa sobre Loewe Perfumes, y lo hago con una decepción aún mayor que la anterior.
He realizado un nuevo pedido âun candelabroâ que ha llegado roto. Nada más recibirlo, envié fotos y vÃdeos demostrando de forma inequÃvoca el estado del producto. La respuesta de atención al cliente ha sido tan vaga como inaceptable: âestamos estudiando el casoâ.
No entiendo qué hay que estudiar cuando el producto llega dañado y las pruebas son claras. La única solución coherente es enviar un reemplazo en perfectas condiciones o devolver el importe, sin dilaciones absurdas.
Mientras tanto, aquà estoy: sin candelabro y sin mi dinero.
Lo más grave no es el error logÃstico (que puede ocurrir), sino la actitud:
la atención por correo electrónico es lenta, evasiva y completamente impropia de una marca que pretende posicionarse en el segmento del lujo. Cada mensaje parece diseñado para ganar tiempo, no para resolver el problema.
Esta experiencia se suma a una reseña negativa anterior por un servicio igualmente deficiente. Dos compras, dos incidencias graves y cero sensación de cuidado al cliente.
En este punto, no puedo hablar de mala suerte, sino de un patrón de funcionamiento preocupante.
El lujo no es solo el producto: es la responsabilidad, la rapidez en la solución y el respeto por el cliente. Nada de eso está presente en mi experiencia con Loewe Perfumes.

Iâve been waiting since September for a replacement for a damaged order. Loewe Perfumes sent a tracking number that has never existed, and theyâve now stopped replying to me entirely. This is unacceptable for a luxury brand. Avoid.

Received a bottle of room spray with a defective cap from their online store. Reached out to after sales and following the initial request for additional details my emails were ignored. No solution, no refund was offered. No answer is worse than a 'no' answer. The art of gifting? How about the art of customer service?

Bad experience
Upon ordering their sample set, it said on the order page 'customs, duties and taxes' included. However, FedEx invoiced me (and kept sending reminders) that I had to pay £11 of them. I emailed Loewe but it took them about four days to reply, so in the meantime I paid the FedEx invoice.
Loewe eventually came back and said I didn't need to pay it but because of the pressure from FedEx I didn't want to incur any further bill so had already paid it. I let Loewe know that I'd already paid it and they just blanked it - no reply. They did however reply to a separate email enquiring about product availability. Appear to be all about the sales, not so much about good customer service, and I ended up paying £11 more than I was falsely promised.
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service! I ordered online GE6100811315ES for perfume shipping to UK. The invoice has clearly stated the price has included VAT tax. However I got charged by Fedex for the import tax again, as Fedex said the shipper (Loewe) had not paid the VAT! Tried to contact Loewe Perfume customer service multiple times to explain this and they should refund the double charged VAT to me. Same as everyone else states here, zero reply from them! I will never buy from them again. Extremely disappointing!

I did order perfumes from this store last week and after the payment checkout I did the research and found this bad comments below. I was afraid that my purchase won't arrive - I sent an email to the customer service to cancel my order but I got an email from DPD that my order sent. After 5 days the DPD guy showed up and I got my perfumes wrapped in LOEWE tissue paper, samples and LOEWE paper gift bag, just in case if it is a gift.

Terrible customer service! The candle I ordered, GE4701191622ES, was damaged due to a manufacturing fault, so I needed to contact the customer service team to arrange a replacement. But it's impossible to reach them, and we are still waiting for a response after three weeks. This should be a simple fix!
