Fantastic customer service, really easy process (the interface for designing cards looks complex but is actually super simple), and unbelievably quick.

High quality for a good price
Cards were very high quality as was the packaging, the shipping took longer than expected but when I checked the customer service person was very helpful and the delay was caused by machine error not the fault of the company

Long delay and no info, arrived too late.
I ordered on Jan 8, assuming that my order would be ready by Feb. 1. I received no more information about the order, no confirmation etc. I finally inquired about It on 24.01. No reply. I asked again on 27.01. Turns out that I made a mistake on my order. They claim they were trying to contact me about it but they used a different email address which I don't understand how they got that one. (They could have easily used the address that we were corresponding with). I fixed the mistake in my order but it was too late to receive it by my event date.
I believe they are a good company, but my experience wasn't the best. Their correspondence was very professional when I did receive it.

Really impressed by the speed and quality of service. The cards received were great and had excellent customer support in the process.

good but not too much
good but not too much. The print quality and the service is kind and good but the cards are too thin and light. I also paid 20 euros in customs for France so the total cost was 60 euros for two decks...definitely too much for the product received.

We're glad to hear that you loved the print quality and customer service. Regarding the card thickness, our cards are designed to be thin and light while having a black core so that they are completely opaque, perfect for card tricks and casinos.
Concerning the customs charges, these fees are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.
