Personalised Playing Cards レビュー

Great website, great customer service!

My personalised cards were great! Really pleased with the results. Delivery was very quick too.

Perfect. Great quality cards, delivered quickly and will packed in recyclable material.

They look beautiful. Website was great to use.

Great quality good communication will use again for a bulk buy thank you

Very easy and flexible site. Very happy with the quality of the product, delivered on time and excellent quality.

Kept me updated all the way through the process, cards look professional and clean.

Only request would be a better tool for designing the box art. I struggled to get a box art image in the right format on the site but this was likely a me problem!

Excellent service, and a brilliant product, thank you!

Good quality, speedy delivery.

We got some customised playing cards made for our wedding. Easy to use website made the card design straight forward. Really fast service and delivery and the card quality is amazing! Very happy and would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks!

Absolutely amazing gift. Really nice quality and service. Thank you. Will definitely be ordering more and so will my friends. They loved them.

Great customer service and communication and the product was perfect. Well be using the website again in a few days to buy a bulk order.
Thanks!

Let down by really bad service! I ordered cards as a sample for an event wanting to then order more. 11 days later nothing came so I called and was told the printer was broken but that it would be fixed the next day. I explained I was flying for a special event and needed it in time. Two days later I called and was told the cards would not arrive in time.

I now have a very embarrassing situation because I have nothing to take to an event. Even after I said please tell me if you can't do this so I have time to go somewhere else they did not let me know. I have just spoken to them and they have apologised but that's no use and the cards if / when they arrive will also be useless.

No idea what the quality is like but I'd never work with a business that kept their customers in the dark like this. I know things go wrong sometimes but at least let us know.

To add insult to injury, they seem to want to keep the money as well.

Totally unprofessional!

To your response:

Yes but you emailed a day before I flew and it was me that called you twice to chase. Just saying you should have let me know before, that’s it.

My son spent a long time designing these, and was thrilled when he received the cards.
Great idea.

Easy to use web site and quick postage too. Great prices and an amazing end product. Thank you

Card printing is not consistent and I have to bear the cost for errors. No refund or resolution offered.
I would have loved to print more but I take precision seriously.

Quick service, good print and paper, bad with precision.

Easy to personalise
Good quality
Photo has replicated well.
Delighted with them

Great quality good communication and quick turnaround

Very easy to create the playing cards and delivery was received very quickly. I ordered 9 packs of cards and there was an issue with the Ace of Diamonds as it was not printed correctly in all 9 packs. However, I phoned up and 2 days later, received 9 new Aces - perfect! Great customer service
