The mugs came out super cute and very affordable!

I received my order fast and it looked amazing. I am very pleased!!!!

I was a bit skeptical about ordering from here as they had mixed reviews. I wanted to get a personalized snow globe for my sister for Christmas, and this seemed to be the only place I could order it on time. I ordered just under two months before Christmas, and it came in about 1 month, which was expected because the of the Canada Post strike and they said 15-20 business days. The snow globe is beautiful and in good condition, it was packaged nicely. My only complaint is since they put it in the mailbox and it was Winter the water inside froze. I was a bit worried because it could have shattered. Luckily it did not and thawed out. It cost about $56 CAD including shipping, which isn't bad because it's personalized.

The item that I ordered was delivered quickly and looked great! Personalization was so cute and my friend will love it!

Quality, Price, Shipping and experience

This is my third year ordering from Personalization Mall and I’ve been pleased every year. This year’s ornaments are my favorite to date. There’s plenty opportunities to preview one’s order and even make adjustments and the quick fulfillment even with standard shipping is such a bonus.

Bad experience I ordered a cross for my dad I even pay $29 dollars for shipping so I can’t get it soon . But my order was wrong so I fight with them they said they will give me credit , but I paid almost 83 dollars and they gave me credit for $ 24 anyway I will never order anything from there I’m willing to post every where horrible customer service. 😡😡

My order doesn't go anywhere. I personalized items, changed my password, but can't progress past there. They even sent me a "do you still want your basket?" email. YES, yes I do, but no amount of clicking will get them to take my money. I've given up.

Items (glassware) arrived in timely manner but unfortunately I did not realize it would just be stickers stuck to glasses. Could have done it myself better.
