This is my go-to bulb company,but I am disappointed with the bulbs I received.I ordered Power Parrot tulips,about 50-and they look nothing like the photo at all-they are completely opened up and resemble limp bits of dark pink fabric,not attractive at all.I am sure the quality is great,as all my bulbs are from there-but the photo is a bit misleading to the end product.I will stick to ,ore normal tulips next year.

again and again I find Peter Nyssen staff go above and beyond. The tubers I buy are always top class

Bulbs ordered in June. Order delivered without Cyclamen coum, which was missed off the packing list. I asked when this would be delivered, but got no reply. (-1 star)

Got in touch again, and was told I would receive a refund. No explanation. Now too late to order from elsewhere. (-2 stars)

For some reason they only refunded £40.97, not the full £42,50 which I paid. (-3 stars)

Next year I will use a different bulb supplier.

We've have used Peter Nyssen for the quality of their bulbs for a long time, but had exceptional customer service today from the lovely Karen when my darling husband failed to include my requests in his order (hmmm!). Everything sorted for us and the bulbs being sent later to save worry about having the correct storage conditions for long periods of time. I am surprised and impressed that a company of this size can be so personal and obliging.

I have just purchased some bulbs from Peter Nyssen for the first time. I was very impressed with the service particulary from the lady (Priscilla) who answered my emails with extremely promp and helpful replies.

Thrilled to receive my summer-flowering bulbs today, well packed and in excellent condition and a special offer as well, making them excellent value for money. Looking forward to my pots bursting with colour in a few weeks' time. I regard the company as very professional and their products top quality.

The bulbs from Peter Nyssen arrived on time and nicely packaged. They have just come up and are truly superb! I am thrilled with them and prices are reasonable. It's difficult to get good value spring bulbs that reliably deliver but these do.

Do not buy bulbs from Peter Nyssen. The bulbs we brought and planted last autumn have all come up with tulip fire blight. We had to dig up everything we planted.

I have been ordering bulbs, plants and more for over 5 years now.
It happened couple of times that the bulbs I received were rotting, and with a simple phone call, I received new ones at no charge.
Their customers service is great and I love the selection they offer on their page.
Prepping my next order already!

They give clear delivery timelines and stick to them, Their pricing is very good and the quality of bulbs too. I have never had mouldy ones from them compared to Sarah Raven's. They have loads of variety and you can find lots of the trendy ones here for a lot cheaper. They are my preferred bulb supplier.

I placed an order for some tulip bulbs only to then find a bag that I’d overlooked in the shed
I sent an email the next morning to cancel and followed it up by telephone the following afternoon as I’d had no response
given that I was advised on ordering that it would be 2 - 3 weeks before dispatch I didn’t think that there would be a problem
the customer service lady told me that my order had already been packed but that she would endeavour to cancel it, promising to call back me next day to update on the position
well I received no call back nor any further contact from the company which is extremely disappointing so I can only assume that my order was not retrieved
to be honest the lady I spoke to was not particularly friendly but made me feel like I was a bit of a nuisance and inconvenience
because of this I will not be placing any further orders from Peter Nyssen

A fabulous company with competitive prices and exemplary customer service. I’ve been using them for my bulbs for a few years and has cause to call them to change delivery dates and they couldn’t have been more helpful.
Highly recommend.

Fantastic selection of bulbs, got great tulips last year and just reordered for next spring. Very excited. Everyone admired the tulips in their full glory this year.

Decent quality plants and excellent customer service. When one of the dahlias failed, I received replacement straight away. So far can not fault them.

My first order from Peter Nyssen. I found PN by accident through a search for a particular poppy variety and was drawn into the great variety of plants on offer at quite competive prices.

The order took about 2 weeks to despatch which didn’t worry me.

The order arrived today and the quality of all plants was excellent and the very sturdy packaging contained barely any plastic.

Overall, really pleased and will order again.

Started with ordering a daylily 2 weeks ago. After a week of waiting I message them asking for an update and was told my order was to be dispatched this week and that I will receive a notification form the courier company about my delivery date. The week has ended and nothing so far... Also no reply to my email. I start to think this website is a scam and they simply take your £ but don't dispatch items or reply or they do not bother with small orders and will just ignore you..not a good way to gain new customers' trust. Glad I started with a small order only

I ordered several Dahlia tubers for the first time with Peter Nyssen after having been extremely disappointed by purchases made through other more well known companies. The tubers arrived yesterday, about a week after ordering. I have to say that so far I am very impressed!! The tubers came well and carefully packaged, with clear instructions of what to do with them. The tubers are of a good size and appear healthy. I am looking forward to seeing how they turn out this summer. I am so pleased that I will be placing another order!
