I’ve ordered a few things from Peter Tyson and the experience has been exceptional every time. Delivery has been quick, well packaged and with a good courier that was tracked and arrived when it said they would.
I will always be getting my AV equipment from them in future and can’t recommend them highly enough

It recently had a dead pixel
Contacted Peter Tyson who linked me to the manufacturer
After 3 days I was issued a RMA
So contacted Peter Tyson and received new projector following morning
Always helpful always speedy delivery

Excellent customer service
We bought an air conditioning unit from Peter Tyson in July 2025, which unfortunately broke in June 2026. Customer service department could not have been more helpful in dealing with the issue. Quick responses, helpful team and good resolution. Excellent customer service overall!
