Your dealership must be the worst I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. False advertising of the car ,Failure to clear finance of my trade in vehicle for over 6 weeks leaving me with default letters. Nobody interested in even talking to me the list goes on and on Avoid this place like the plague

I bought a car from Peter Vardy Motherwell CARZ group end of May last year. Now part of the parks group. I should have seen the look in the salesman’s eye he was trying to tell me to walk away but I didn’t listen. Got it home and noticed chip on windscreen took it to Halfords who told me they couldn’t fixed it because it had been recently drilled suggested going back to CARz Motherwell as they had obviously started the job then thought better of it. Shout at it, Deny it, run away seems to be the PeterVardy CARZ way. Foolishly bought 3 years of cover for parts etc that won’t be honoured. Had National tyres look at the breaks now bear in mind I’ve done less than 2000 miles since I bought it looks like the driver side breaks are shoot too. This place is where your auto dreams come to die

The following information relates to Peter Brady Motherwell.
They changed the price of the car that I reserved, on the day that I was going to see it and potentially pay for it. Although it's legally acceptable, it seems quite unprofessional and unethical. On an earlier conversation that I had with them, I asked why they are selling it at this price and they said that they are trying to have competitive prices. Apparently, three days later the manager got greedy.

Staff were very helpful and on point with every detail and question asked. Had a lovely experience.

Had the pleasure of picking up a car from Motherwell yesterday and have no complains about the service received.

The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep than Kelly. She was extremely helpful and made everything as simple as could be. Legend!

Special mention to the guy that made my mum a coffee btw. It must have been decent cause she's not stopped going on about it!
