Very easy to use - now I have peace of mind!

It was easy to use the site. I ordered a few items. They have not arrived yet. I was able to change ownership of my dog Fate. I adopted her. The only thing I could not remove was the name of the shelter that I adopted her from. Other than this- I love this and am considering purchasing more items.

Registering my Scottish Fold cat Finley was a smooth easy process.
I feel I have done all I can to locate him should he manage to get outside. He is quick, clever and curious about everything so I have to be ever vigilant.

I found a lost cat and got her chip read today at a vet. The they informed me to call petlinks with the info. Though the people on the phone were very nice, they could not reach the person on the phone due to a full Voicemail. I called back at 7pm to have them try again as I don't know what to do with her, and THERE POLICY IS NOT TO CALL AGAIN AND HAVE ME CALL BACK IN 3DAYS TO DO IT AGAIN. I explained the call never went through and I tried email with no response, so a voice call is best. But no it's there police. So I will never chip my pet with them if they make it difficult for people to get a hold of me incase my email goes down, changes or gets hack. VERY POOR POLICY when time can effect our little loved ones well being. Again nice people on the phone but the company policy on calling is poor and sad. I will not trust my pets with them as long as there are any policies like that. it puts harm on the finder to take care of the cat if nothing happens 3,6,9days in you have to keep re updating and they won't call in-between and only one call even if the voicemail is full or no one answers. Sad, pitifull and harmful policy. BE AWARE OF THIS!! for your pets well being because people who find pets can't always afford them and time is always of the essence. 1/5 because the people who answered were very nice but that "calling policy" ruins my trust and removes 4 stars,fix it amd they'd be great. too bad.

Descriptions not clear or I would not have ended up with a teeny tag for my dog. Like the product, just not the size. Have not yet received second item which seems to have taken forever to get made and sent.

Great products for microchipped pets, good prices

Wanted to thank Pet Link for reaching out to let me know that my pet was found via the chip/tag and notified Petlink. Without the embedded chip we may have not been so lucky. Now looking at the Petlink GPS so that we can manage where she goes and if lost will be able to locate her much quicker.

Your web site is hard to navigate! All I needed to do was change my address and order a new tag for my dog!
The woman I called was rude, short and nasty! I told her she was of no help for me! So glad o don’t have to deal with your company much!

I love how easy it is to change the information on my pets and I have peace of mind that their information is linked to your site along with my veterinarian if ever they became lost.

We might not have gotten her back so quickly or at all to the amazing couple who found her and did the right thing thank you from the bottom of my heart your honesty and compassion restored my faith that there are still wonderful caring people in the world. You didn’t have to go the extra mile, but you did and it meant everything to us. Highly recommend pet link for anyone with a pet. Very easy to make appt. He got in early and was neutered, chipped and all shots for a very reasonable price. They even did a complimentary brush and nail trim. Sent home with a collar to prevent licking. Very nice people and I highly recommend.
