grateful for the safety

Easy shopping even with all the options and always good quality and durable. Want to make sure my little "spud" is in good equipment/apparel. Safety is key for our precious loves.

Worst stomer service ever

Worst stomer service ever. I have been dealing with them for weeks and got nowhere. My GPS randomly quit tracking correctly.

Fantastic customer service experience


Alexa at customer service was helpful and told me how and exactly what I needed to do for my new dog who was chipped but not registered. I appreciated her patience and time with me.

Terrible

Terrible. My dogs chip doesn't work anymore. My veterinarian emailed you about what to do, and you responded by sending them a message on how to change my password. Not what I needed.

one of the trackers I purchased quit


one of the trackers I purchased quit charging. Therefor does not work. I have been in contact 2 on phone and numerous email. I get its been elevated, or 48 hours to respond. Its been 5 or 6 days now no response. What!!! It is less than 30 days old. I have paid for two trackers, and 2 year service for both. What's the problem??? Less than 30 days old, should be replaced. Why do I have this issue.

I wanted to clarify that a lot of our current tags are laser-engraved rather than embossed. This process uses a high-intensity beam to permanently etch the text into the metal. While it may feel smoother to the touch than embossing, it is designed to be highly durable and won't "rub off" like surface printing.

Not much has happened thank heaven

Not much has happened thank heaven. We ordered a tag and it came quickly. I haven't lost a pet so I have no idea how you all work. I am hoping nothing happens so all I have to do is pay you each year for the service. Thanks for asking and hope we never have to call you about a lost puppy!
