they try to control how many fish I am allowed to put in my aquarium at home but at the same time they have overcrowded aquariums in their stores treat fish only as objects This is a lesson in hypocrisy

Ian kindly helped deliver our dear little cavalier King Charles spaniel from Poole to Lincolnshire and stepped in pretty last minute to help us. He arrived on time and had a professional set up In his van with a spacious fitted cage and a water bowl provided. He delivered him safely, even giving him medicine needed en route… we are most grateful.

Excellent customer service from Lucy and Debbie, vet checked dog and was friendly. Friendly environment

They deserve more stars I took my fur baby to go over the rainbow bridge on Friday and they were absolutely amazing and thoughtful afterwards I thought on that I’d forgotten too get a paw print and low and behold what came through post today a card a pack of forget me not seeds and 2 paw prints I was so overwhelmed with the kindness thank you

If you're reading this to try to decide if Ian at Pet to Vet will look after your most precious family members, the answer is "yes". I was so nervous about the idea of getting our three house cats from Bucks to Aberdeenshire (the same journey as another reviewer! which gave me heart). To be honest I couldn't imagine a scenario where they wouldn't be at least a bit freaked out. But they actually seem calmer and happier in our new house, after their move! Ian got to ours in Bucks about 10am, and drove solid to get to Aberdeenshire about 8pm. The van was cosy, super-secure, drenched in Pet Remedy and even had a sound system with cat-travel-frequency "music" to calm them. Whatever it was, it worked: they slept most of the way.

Seriously, I am so relieved and grateful to Ian. He's a calm, reassuring, competent professional and worth his weight in gold. Thank you SO much.

Ian was amazing I got a chihuahua puppy brought across England to Scotland!!.where he was met to board a boat to Ireland the service was amazing they are very helpful weeks on the lead up to the pup being collected!! On time ! Kept in contact! Answering any queries thank u everyone

I highly recommend Ian and his pet transport service. We moved from Buckinghamshire to Scotland during a heatwave and my two cats arrived cool, calm and thoroughly nonplussed about the entire experience! I’d been concerned at how they’d cope as prior to this the longest they had traveled was 90 minutes, but Ian took great care of them both and it showed in how happy and settled they were within minutes of arriving.

I was also highly impressed by & appreciative of Ian’s flexibility and helpful responses to my emails as moving dates chopped and changed a little. Our pets are family members to my children and it was lovely that Ian called en route to let us know he had crossed the boarder into Scotland.

I would like to thank Pet to Vet for an amazing service. Went out of his way to pick up our new arrival Wellington from Somerset and delivered to Crewe. Wellington arrived completely settled not stressed, a superb service would use every time brilliant. Best dog courier ever.

Today Pet to Vet transported Charlie my cat from our home in Rochester to his new home with a lovely family in Manchester. I can’t speak highly enough of the service. I arranged the move with Ian and Alex turned up to collect Charlie at noon. Charlie had the entire back of the vehicle to himself with water and a litter tray and five hours or so later arrived at his new home completely relaxed and ready to eat, letting himself be stroked by his new family. I was dreading the trauma of the move for him but it went like clockwork and truly impressed me. Alex knew exactly what he was doing and really took care of Charlie. I’m very grateful and recommend this service enthusiastically and without reservation. Five stars definitely.

What a fantastic service. Ian drove our new puppy 600+ miles from Sussex to Aberdeenshire. His care, knowledge and professionalism was second-to-none. The business does a whole range of work, including transporting birds of prey, police and army dogs, and injured animals.

One of our past owners needed a puppy as an heir to his previous dog who has grown old and died. We are in the South of England and he is in the far North of Scotland.
Lockdown rules in Scotland did not allow our the previous owner to travel to us as he had before, so he contacted Pet to Vet, gave them the third degree and asked me to let him know if I was satisfied to let the puppy travel with them. I rang them, spoke to Ian and gave him the third degree. Ian was able to satisfy me that our little Oscar would be well cared for and well handled on his long journey to the highlands.
Ian arrived on time to collect Oscar and was keen to show me the vehicle and how Oscar would be travelling. Critically Oscar was his only passenger, safe in a variety-kennel, securely stowed on the front passenger seat where Oscar could see Ian and be reassured during the journey. Ian sent me updates en-route and made the long (10+ journey in one day). It seems that Pet to Vet usually specialise in transport for critically ill dogs and the pandemic has offered the opportunity for them to offer pet transport as an additional service. The concern for Oscar’s welfare and the professionalism and kindness were very evident.

We have never sent a puppy via a third party before and I was apprehensive at the idea but I was very impressed with Pet to Vet. Oscar arrived in fine fettle and his new family were very satisfied with the arrangements for the journey. I would certainly recommend Pet to Vet without hesitation.

This is a fantastic company . We bought a puppy in lockdown and obviously were unable to pick it up . Ian the owner did the round trip to transport him , checking every hour that he was okay . Really great secure service
