55lb Samoyed Approved! (Super Chew & Picky Eater)
My girl Navi is an 11month, 55lb Samoyed and loves the Pet Treater boxes! We've tried Pup and Bark Box (both regular and super chewer), and Pet Treater is definitely the best bang for your buck and the one that Navi has enjoyed most.
The other subscription boxes are $35+, and while it's nice that you get many things for the cost, after a few months, there's just TOO MUCH STUFF. Too many extra treats and so many toys that I'm actually happy when she shreads one to pieces so I can throw it away.
Pet Treater is affordable and gives us a small surprise to look forward to every month without investing $35+ in it.
Toys: Durable and appropriately sized. Every toy she's gotten from a Pet Treater box she's loved.
Treats/Chews: Navi is a SUPER picky eater. She doesn't like a lot of treats and will spit them out and walk away from things that other dogs would normally hoover down. So far Navi has liked every treat and chew that has come in the box which was are shocked and amazed at!
Bandanas: All of our boxes (3 so far) have come with cute, themed bandanas that are always SO cute and very well made.

We love Pet Treater! I think it's the best pet subscription box because you get the biggest bang for your buck. Also the monthly themes are the cutest and the variety is great!

Pet Treater is awesome
Pet Treater is awesome! I look forward to a new box each month almost as much as my dog does. The treats and toys are always super cute! My dog recently started dog training so it’s been nice have quality treats for him every month to give him some variety.

We have been enjoying pet treater for 2 months…
We have been enjoying pet treater for the last two months. My pup has loved the treats and the toys that he receives. He is a small guy, about 18 lbs, so the bandanas are usually a little too big for him, but that isn't too big of a deal. It's worth the $15 a month!

I purchase this box for my cat Jasper
I purchase this box for my cat Jasper. We received the Aug 2020 box. It is back to school theme and it is adorable. There is a nice balance between items that's in theme and items that's there to guarantee pure joy. I have bought from another cat box before, and I thought they tried too hard to make every item theme related that half of what they sent wasn't really attractive to cats.
The catnip wedge was a big hit last month, and I enjoyed the cat themed color book. I like how there is an item for the owner. Sept box will be here soon. Can't wait!

What can I say about Pet Treater
What can I say about Pet Treater. They are the best. Our dog Spirit has been receiving her box since she was a puppy. In 2 1/2 years we have moved 3 times. Pet Treater was wonderful with our changes. None of our boxes got lost. We love the fact that they give us healthy treats. Keep up the good work Pet Treater.

Hagrid's Review

Our dogs love Pet Treater
Our dogs love Pet Treater. Once they see the package, they will not let me do anything until I open it. If I leave it unattended, my pug will carry it around and try to open it himself!

Never order from here!
I ordered a one time box to try out for my cat. It has been OVER 2 weeks and it has not arrived. I'm not upset about that too much as I am a fed ex delivery driver so I know how heavy the volume of packages are. I wrote them a email kindly explaining my issue. This was last week and now here we are Monday and I still have no response. I called them Monday morning and of course no one can take my call. I left a voicemail regarding my issue and I have yet to hear from them at all. I do not recommend doing business with this company. I will not be ordering from them again in the future. Bad business here.
EDIT: Pet treater replied to this review at approximately 9:30 am stating they were unsuccessful at finding my email. Not only is that false, they emailed me at approximately 7:10 earlier that day to explain why the order is late. Again, the communication of this company is very bad. Also, the say allow up too 11 days for shipping. Then in the email they say the monthly shipments go out on the week of the 10th. Stay clear of this horrible company!

EDIT: As stated Kevin, it is hard to confirm emails with only a first name as we receive many emails daily. Pet Treater is the best!
We had another subscription box (you know the one!) for about a year and it was ... okay. The toys all had the same shape, the treats were all grain free, barley yadda yadda - basically healthy junk no dog wanted to eat willingly. Nothing original so when our subscription ended I put on a hunt for a new box. I came across Pet Treater; comparing it to other boxes I liked the look and price better so I signed Luna up. So far we've had 2 boxes and they have been wonderful! The toys were vastly different and much enjoyed, the treats are amazing! Like the apple pie moonshine treats smelled good enough to eat; I was literally tempted to try one myself lol. Luna gets so excited for boxes to come in the mail now; even when they're not for her she thinks every box is a Pet Treater box now! Ya'll have spoiled my dog so much that I have to stick a treat or two in every box I open just so the box is 'hers'.

First box, we’re hooked!
We just started our subscription and our first box was great. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our dog’s second birthday. My (human) kids loved the box too, actually, because they got a thrill out of showing Holly the new things. Family fun! The toys are So durable Our Terrier/Boxer mix hasn’t ripped them apart yet - and we play daily. I especially love that The treats are natural and limited ingredients because we want the best for our dog! We look forward to the next box.
My only criticism is the shipping time, but I know it’s more USPS side of things. However better communication about when the box will arrive will be appreciated.

Can't beat it!!!
Absolutely loving this mothly box. I searched through many subscription services before I found a sustainably affordable option for us.
This started as an attempt to show my Australian Shepherd that the mail people are not vicious intruders and can bring goodies. But we're hooked and keeping the subscription because it's so affordable and the products are all good quality, treats made in USA and up to our standards, etc.

A Must Have for Cats
Our cat loves his monthly Pet Treater box! We became first time cat owners and customers last month. Our little guy enjoys the variety of toys he received and the treats. We enjoyed seeing him in his llama bandana. The price was definitely super reasonable for the amount of products we received. Can’t wait for our next box!

Pet Treater gets 5 stars in my book. My dog absolutely loves his box, the bandanas each month are my favorite. We have done other subscription boxes but this one has been the best quality, coolest variety, and best price for what we get.
