Great subscription! Great price and great customer service! Month after month, I share the excitement of opening a bag of goodies with my pups Benjen & Juno. They love to play with the toys (a favorite was the mailbox w/bones) and the treats have always been high quality, nutritious (favorite was CBD- canine best delights which I continue to purchase for visits to the groomer and thunderstorms).

My baby, Miss Lacey, absolutely loves her pet treaters packages. The price is a great value, the surprises are fantastic, and I recommend pet treaters to everyone that has a pet. I was subscribed to Pet Treater for almost a year and I never had any issues until we moved and one of my orders did not get delivered. I reached out and after corresponding with this company, it is clear they only want you money and to not provide you with the best product. They refunded me 75% of my order that I did not receive after FIGHTING with them. This refund is not suffice and I made them aware and still nothing was done. I have filed a claim with my bank and the BBB. The price is great but customer service sucks and to this day my dog tore through every toy they received within 24 hours. Quality is awful.

I decided to try Pet Treater for our kitten because at $15 a month, it was less expensive than most pet subscription boxes. Plus I found a coupon code for 50% the first bag.
We have received 2 months of bags so far. And have been pleased with everything in the bags. There’s always something different I would have never thought to purchase. Our kitten loves most of the toys and all of the treats.

I got the small puppy package and I got a pack of treats that my pup loves! A really nice toy, bandana, and a cookie. I have to say that I am impressed with what I received. My pup loves his puppy pack!

Salty loves getting the treat box in the mail. A new toy and treats make her day. Just as she has exhausted all of the stuffing out of the current toy the new months arrives. I really like the add of this most current months bandana. That was a great win as she is always a "pretty princess"

Zooey is a big fan of Pet Treater! She loves getting new cat toys & treats each month! And they’re seriously her favorite toys. It’s fun and convenient to have a new cat pack shipped to the house each month. We both looked forward to mail day! :)

My pom Newman loves his Pet Treater subscription. We look forward to it each month. His favorite treats are now ones we got from Pet Treater and he LOOVED the toy received this month. He goes nuts to play with it.

My dog has absolutely loved pet treater and so have I! I love having something my dog looks forward to getting every month, every month my boxes are unique and filled with different things. Anytime I have a question or concern pet treater contacts me back very quickly.

I placed my initial order with Pet Treater on August 7. One August 9, my account showed that Newgistics had picked up my order to deliver to USPS. One week after placing my order (August 14), it still showed that my order still had not been delivered to USPS. I contacted them and was told that my order was shipped out on August 13. They told me that it takes 48 hours for tracking to show any movement. As of August 15, my order still has not been received by USPS. I canceled my subscription. It's sad because I was really looking forward to this. I may never receive this, but that most definitely have my money.

I have had a subscription to pettreater for over a year now I believe. Bandanas were not in the box when I first started and it kinda sucks that the cheap piece of fabric that unravels counts as 1 item. You usually get a themed box but sometimes you don’t. You always get a cookie with icing. This month I was sent 2 to make up for another item they didn’t want to give me I guess. I have received 2 packages now full of ants and I will be canceling because of this. The first time I had to throw everything out except the toys. They went into the wash before use. The company sent me a new box but sent it to the wrong address (my old one) which is my moms house and 30 minutes away which is very frustrating. This second time I have another box with ants. I check my mailbox and no ants in there. I’ve ordered medicine and no ants got into it. The box has a sealed bag around it so it must’ve been packaged with ants. I believe the cookie is the cause of the ants. Whether the cookies come straight from the company or sit in warehouse to be packed I don’t know. Overall this is a fair box. Some months you get poor items or things you might not use. I got a water purifier for camping? I’ve gotten sample sized treats as well. The most recent treats I gave my dogs caused 3 to get diarrhea. That was the only thing they had different that day so I would say it was the treats so they go to the bin. The toys usually 2 a month, are decent quality. The newest box one was destroyed in 10 minutes. The other will last a while. Usually you get a stuffed toy and a harder toy. You get 2 treat bags. A cookie and a bandana. Sometimes you get different items like a coozie or spray for your dog like deodorizer. I would overall recommend this company but after 2 ant infested boxes I would say buyer beware.

My niece/dog is always SO excited for her box to arrive. She knows it’s for her and it makes me feel reassured that she’s getting such quality products and treats. I love being an dog auntie and the subscription box is such an easy gift. Customer service has been so great with all my questions. Really love this company beyond the other options.

My little princess Claire recieved her first bag and loves it. I love the fact that there is contest and how i get fast responses and feedback from pet treater. We cant wait to see what is in Claires bag next month.

Pettreater is an awesome subscription for dogs & cats!! I have 2 cats and I have been wanting to get a subscription box for them but wasn’t sure which one would be the most worth it for the price. I came across Pettreater on Instagram and decided to give it a try! My girls were so pleased!! They love the toys and the cookies that come with! I would recommend this to anyone, inexpensive box for some amazing products!!

I am a proud Dog mom to multiple dogs that I have rescued through fostering, and I continue to foster for Oregon Saint Bernard Rescue. So There are lots of dogs in my house ♥️🐾 I have tried lots of Dog boxes and Pet Treater is one of my favorites that we will be sticking with!! One of my dogs is obsessed with the toys, she has to have the stuffy one first!! Clifford is still a puppy so he gets the other toy and the bandana. The rest know it's treat time, Pet Treater comes with 2 bags of treats enough for everyone, plus other treats that I put in the cookie jar, and to top it off there's another surprise, maybe a dog towel, or portable dog water bottle. It's just awesome for the price!!
