Can't give them 5 stars because recently I have had a wrestle with Phonebot's new AI bot answering machine. It's been giving them some grief (and me) but happy to say staff finally called me after realising there were some problems. Now I am expecting my items to be delivered next week. Thank goodness for a human. My past experience with Phonebot has been amazing. I have bought five phones and five laptops from them over six years and their service has been exemplary. Each of the items I have bought in the past have surpassed my expectations, and the problem I had with my recent purchase is now resolved.

I ordered a refurbished iphone15 pro max. Chose the highest level of used condition. When the phone arrived, it looked great however the touchscreen was erratic straight out of the box. Since emailing phonebot immediately regarding the problem have received no response for weeks.
Today they emailed requesting I review them, so this is it.

Like new iPhone, prompt delivery, that is my second order; nice to have a screen protector and clear case as a bonus.

I was unsure at first, but it turned out all right. The phone quality is decent. and everything arrived safely. It is a practical option if you want to save some money.

I have ordered 3x I-pads on different occasions now and
all have been in excellent condition, packaged very well and delivered quickly. Very happy with service .Will use you again in the future.

First time ordering a used phone so I was a bit nervous. No need to be. Completely painless and absolutely no issues. Phone turned up on time and in perfect condition.

The service was pretty straightforward. I liked that the product condition matched what was shown on the site. Delivery took a few days, but it was fine. Feels worth the price.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max advertised as “Like New” in July, and it was faulty from day one. The Bluetooth didn’t work at all—despite their claims that every device is “thoroughly tested” before being sent out.

I gave them a chance to fix it and accepted a replacement. Big mistake. The second phone was even worse, with a completely failed battery that rapidly degraded to the point where it had to be kept on charge constantly. This is nowhere near “Like New”—it’s not even acceptable as a basic working device.

Since then, I’ve spent MONTHS trying to get a refund and have been completely ignored. Phone calls go nowhere, emails are ignored, and there is zero accountability.

I’ve now returned the phone to them after leaving Australia, and—unsurprisingly—still no response.

This company is either grossly incompetent or deliberately misleading customers. Either way, you’re taking a serious risk buying from them.

Do yourself a favour and stay far away. Spend your money somewhere reputable instead.

I had a good experience overall. The phone I ordered looks clean and works smoothly. Packaging was decent, and delivery was on time. No major complaints so far.

Would NOT recommend, purchased a phone for my partner for Christmas 2025. Phone looked in great condition, however you have to have calls on speaker for other person to hear you. Put in a complaint/refund, repair request, received a confirmation email with refund reference, advised someone would contact me within 24-48 hours, still awaiting to hear. Followed up on various occasions, still no response. Contacted Consumer Affairs who also had no luck. Disgraceful.........

Great website for buying older iPhone models. My Grade B phone had some marks but works fine. Free shipping is nice. Would've liked faster processing time.

Great prices on refurbished phones. Got an IPhone 15 Pro at a good discount. Grading system is helpful. Took about a week to arrive. Happy with the purchase overall.

Order was on time, product was as advertised.

A friend recommended Phonebot, so I decided to try it. I ordered an iPhone and expected some visible wear, but it looked nearly perfect. Honestly felt like I got a new phone for half the price.

A little slow getting my order to Aust Post, but arrived in time expected. Trouble pairing Bluetooth to my car, but a quickly answered phone call suggested the problem was most likely settings in my car, which was correct

Still waiting for days now for any response from them over a recent ticket (whether or not my supposedly brand new construction pixel 7a is genuine because it says "japan" during the setup process). Crickets.

I have bought 3 iPads for our business and they all work fine. Some with minor marks but that's not an issue once in a case. Comes well packaged. We will use Phonebot again.
