Placed order tried logging into my


Placed order tried logging into my account to access tracking number to be told authentication failed tried to then reset my password to see if that helped and nothing (tried more than 10 times to log in) try to contact someone by email or phone using the contact us link goes through to webpage unable to process this request every time no help or resolution to the matter and after ordering over £60 worth of items I wont be ordering from them again would not reccomend at any cost very difficult and stressful to deal with

Ordered a screen replacement

Ordered a screen replacement. Throughout the order process, as I added more items, it reverted from white to black iphone 7 plus screen.
So, I received the wrong screen colour and wanted to return.
The address where I was supposed to send
( Phone Glass Expert Europe (PGEE)
25 E rue du temple de blosne
35136 saint jacques de la lande - France)

was not recognised and item is reported to be back to me. Cost me so far £10 to send. I hope I get it back. Very dissatisfied.

Nul au possible

SAV nul, ne réagit toujours pas deux semaines aprÚs une demande de retour car des produits sont cassés et certains ne sont pas les bons. Les produits sont donc de mauvaise qualité et en plus on reçoit les mauvais. Ne pas acheter chez eux à moins de vouloir perdre de l'argent.
Je commande désormais chez Brico-Phone et je suis trÚs satisfait.

SAV inutile, pas de garantie

Testé une fois, batterie conforme à l'achat mais n'a duré que 2 mois.
Pas de prise en charge par le vendeur, prétextant que la batterie pouvait avoir été abimée en démontant ou par un chargeur de mauvaise qualité.
Pourtant dans leurs conditions générales, une garantie de 3 à 12 mois, suivant les produits, est censé applicable.
J'ai donc commandé chez Répar'Smartphone une nouvelle batterie, garantie 2 ans.

Excellent OEM quality screen at a very reasonable price and fast delivery too. Recommended.

Update: I’ve Recently bought and installed a new battery too. Very pleased
