Firstly the .co.uk website seems to indicate UK based, but when I challenged not receiving my order, the replies came from Holland. Delivery stated was 5-10 working days. I ordered 29th November, I cancelled that order and asked for a refund as by the 2nd January it had not been dispatched. Poor service. Poor communication. Would not use them again.
I wish I'd read the reviews first, obviously consistent shockingly bad service. Avoid!

Very disappointed, stay away from this online shop! I ordered two items on 12 October 2023. The Theraputty arrived relatively quickly but I am still waiting for the Thera Band - it has been nearly 3 months! I could not get through the customer service line as they hung up on me every time after 15 min in the queue. I emailed but there was no response. I want my money back!

I placed my order 6th December, they tried to state the delivery address was incorrect which it wasn't and they didn't contact me to advise on this. Shipping was from NL so looks like a made up Uk address to get customers. I have asked for the item to be delivered to a different address or refund and had no response. I was patient and polite trying to resolve the matter. Looks like it will need to go to solicitors if I don't get a response in the next couple of days.

I ordered a physio ladder through Physioparts in October. The courier lost the parcel. Physioparts has been awful with communication. I have asked for a refund and was promised one, then was told that they would look to find out where my parcel was.
I am left with no physio ladder, no refund and a severe lack of communication from this company despite numerous calls and emails from myself. I will never use this company again and I would really recommend others being super aware.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced
Placed order, took 6 weeks to arrive. Only part of the order arrived. Money taken and no response to when rest of order will appear
They dont answer phone calls or emails

Trust the other reviews and don’t use this USELESS website!!! Ordered product, waited two weeks and no delivery and the parcel tracker wasn’t working. Emailed to ask for an update. Without my permission they just cancelled the order and said 5-10 days for refund. No refund. So instead I had to go through PayPal to get my refund. 100% do not bother with this seller. 27 days later and I’m back to where I started, with no product (but at least a refund from PayPal) what a waste of time!

Terrible. UK Phone number doesn’t work, they don’t respond to emails.

I suspected this may be a risky purchase as the company doesn’t feel quite right,
so I paid with PayPal and Amex to make sure I was covered.

Avoid at all costs!

They keep my money and my order too! They are liars and scammers ! Now I try to get back money money. If not I need to report cyber crime! Pls avoid this website and company!!!

I waited for over a month for acupuncture needles. After several requests for updates they were saying that it would be shipped in 3 /5 days time. Of course it was never shipped. Upon requesting a full refund I had to wait another 9 days for it. Extremely disappointing. Phone number is useless as it’s just a pre recorded message. Very poor service. Will not use again

I ordered a SonoTrax Vascular Doppler on 29 September 2023 along with a couple of tubes of gel. I received the gels two weeks later but I am still waiting for the Doppler, and we are now the beginning of November. No updates advising me of when to expect the Doppler has been received during this time. I am appalled at the level of service. The fact that they are getting away with taking my money and keeping it is dreadful. I believe an honorable company would have probably advised me that they had none in stock, could not fulfill the order and would never have taken my order. Just dreadful.

Bought a gym timer off them. Didn't work, sent me another , guess what didn't work. Finally they offered refund, sent items back. No refund. They are in the Netherlands not uk despite uk web address. They don't answer phone, only respond to email when it suits them. Keep away!

I'm afraid to lose my MONEY

Similar to another lady here I ordered my equipment on 29th September. Money was taken from my account but I have yet to receive my equipment. There is no way to call them and they have yet to reply to my many emails. Terrible service

I have ordered from Physioparts on the 29th September and so far I have not received my order. I have tried to contact them several times over the phone but there's only a message to say that they cannot take my phone call and asking to send them an email. So far I sent them 2 emails and still no reply at all.

Read previous reviews, and was nervous, but I had no issues here at all. Ordered a foam roller on Monday and arrived in the UK on Friday.

Absolutely delighted. Ordered a knee brace which was about £70 cheaper than other companies for the same product. Then read reviews and wondered if I’d made a mistake. But was reassured by the excellent tracking and e mails. I was happy to wait a bit longer for delivery to save the amount of money. The knee brace arrived yesterday, extremely well packaged and is in use today (and is brilliant) I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. Thank you.

To be fair to PhysioParts there was nothing wrong with the product, it just didn’t suit me. My problem with them is that they misrepresented themselves as an Irish company with their .ie website and email addresses. Their 14 day return period would be fine for an Ireland-based company but it’s almost impossible to return a parcel to the Netherlands and guarantee that it’ll arrive within 14 days without sending a courier or track & trace which cost me more than half of the price of the original item. Also I was delayed in returning the item by an error on their website which made it impossible to sign in. Very disappointing tbh.

Physioparts sent the wrong order. Return had to be sent to Holland. I was promised that the return postage would be covered and in the end they did not cover the full return postage. Now they are ignoring all emails. I would strongly recommend avoiding Physioparts

Avoid this company at all costs. They are not based in UK. Their customer service is appalling.
I ordered 3 items in June. The items arrived and I followed the returns process within 14 days to return one item. The return address is in The Netherlands. I called this company several times and emailed throughout the next 2 months and never received a return call to gain further info to book the courier and complete Customs Info. Finally I received an email on 2nd September which enabled me to return the item that day. It was delivered to the returns dept on 8th September. I have emailed again several times about a refund and been ignored. I finally got a call answered by a woman claiming to be the manager and she has confirmed receipt of the return and refused completely to make a refund stating I have taken too long to return the item. Their policy is 14 days. I have raised a complaint with my credit card provider to claim my £160. The time delay is wholly this companies fault. Their customer service is non existent. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
