Exact same issues as everyone else. Great communication at first and had a drawing within 48 hours. A week later I receive an email that the card is ready but they don't provide shipping. Wait a couple of weeks and they say they verified it shipped, but carrier didn't have the tracking number. Emailed them again multiple times without an answer until a few days ago. They said they will ship a new card, but again won't provide shipping. This is definitely a scam. Stay away!

Same things that everyone else said. Sad that I fell for this stupid scam. Should be illegal. Chalk it up as a loss if you ordered already.

Wife ordered from them months ago, they have not delivered the product, they refuse to respond to emails and will not provide a refund. Absolute scam.

I ordered this card as a Christmas gift on 10th October and received the proof within the day! Unfortunately, this is the only thing the company did right! I have been fobbed off with ‘courier error’ ever since, apparently it was originally in transit and then I was told to wait 14 days until they would send me another package and then I was told the second package would be dispatched shortly, that was over 3 weeks ago and still no item!!! I have asked for a refund but was told that would not be possible ‘because I have staff to pay wages for’!!! I am now not getting a reply!
I am convinced the good reviews on here are fake and this is a scam!

Pika Pets is a SCAM
It’s a scam. I never received my order. I paid $40 for a single card on 10/5/22

This company claims to be a small UK business but is actually from the Philipines (the employees have all left fake positive reviews here pretending to have dead pets and complimenting their own art...) They outsource the printing to somewhere in Liverpool.

Just because a few people receive their cards (later than they should have) and think that's acceptable doesn't mean you should support this company. Their bad practices go beyond their ability to deliver the product you paid for.

Ordered at the beginning of October, 2 months later no sign and they are still asking me to wait and refusing to give me a refund, because according to their policy you can only get a refund within 30 mins of ordering and I should have cancelled then. Unfortunately my crystal ball was not working that day! They stopped replying to my emails for weeks and deleted hundreds of negative comments on socials.They use autofilter to automatically hide any comments containing the word "scam". These are not the actions of an honest company. One of the employees even responded to my comment making fun of how many followers I have! Ridiculous behaviour.

Being overwhelmed with orders because of a strong marketing campaign is no excuse as they are STILL advertising 2 week delivery times and taking people's money when that is clearly unachievable. They just want your money and ignore your complaints when they come.

My advice is to start a dispute with your payment provider instead of wasting your time trying to reason with this company for your money back.

Edit: Finally got money back from my bank 4 months after ordering, pika pets themselves were zero help along the way. Glad to see they are no longer taking orders, hopefully they've been shut down and won't be back

Edit again: They have renamed their business to PIKAMON and are trying to scam more people. Avoid them as well!!

*Update 6/7/22: PayPal case settled in my favour, full refund being issued. Get making those cases if you haven’t already!* I ordered the card on 9th October and still have not received. I’ve chased up multiple times and they keep saying it’s in transit. It was ordered well in advance of when I needed it. Please don’t waste your time or money.

They have turned off commenting on their social media or are deleting them. I appreciate this is a busy time of year, but the lack of response and care is telling. So disappointed, I was really looking forward to my husband opening this on his 30th birthday (7th December). I don’t doubt that the cards people have received are great, but the way they handle their customers and complaints is shocking. PayPal dispute has been made.

Ordered on 17th October 2022 and still no sign of the product. Replies from them are usually "we don't have tracking information but the courier company say it is in transit to the destination". Not sure how they've figured that out without tracking info!
Pretty sure the positive reviews on here are fake.

Avoid!

Service was great early on, Sent me the artwork within 24 hrs but after that nothing. Tried contacting them numerous times just to be told they don't track delivery and that it is still on its way. Its been nearly 2 months at this point and nothing.

The initial experience is great, good website, great artwork and helpful team… because they have your money.

After sales claim to not use tracked couriers, even though previous communications say they do!

As per other reviews, they insist delays are due to courier problems and that they will send replacements. The replacements always have courier problems too.

Oh.. and the delivery timescales on the website and even the vendor name shown on your bank statement… Lies!
UK delivery is supposed to be 7 days after artwork is approved. Transaction says Pika Pets Liverpool. Makes sense right? WRONG!!!

After multiple emails to Pika Pets with generic OmG sOo SoRrY replies, I decided to do and IP trace back… the store is based in Ontario!

Scammers.

I really am not sure what to think about my whole experience with Pika Pets. Like previous reviewers have posted this months, I ordered my card as a present and way way way in advance. It was ordered in the August and then approved in the beginning of September. 12 working days roll around and still no order. Contact them and they say sorry and send a replacement. 12days roll around again and nothing. Then I am told I need to wait longer for the replacement order to arrive. I wait the extra days, nothing! I asked for my order and said I wanted it to be sent tracked as their courier has lost two orders now. I was told that I need to wait longer even though they had given a 6-12 workings days delivery time. It had now been over two months since the first one should have arrived and over one and half months since the replacement should have. They finally replied to say they have sent another one and I should receive tracking details in a later email. When I chased this up a few days later asking the courier company and details, they told me it wasn’t tracked it was sent via Royal Mail (which first class is 1-2 delivery (3days at a push).
So I have chanced up once again as I haven’t received my The second replacement.

In my opinion this company is coming across as a scam. Not a small business or any kind of business. I read reviews before ordering and there weren’t anytime the one I’m reading now. I will be posting a sharing this so others don’t experience this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Purchased a card from them early October. Everything went smoothly and I received the artwork for approval 8th October and was really happy with it so went ahead. 6-12 working days is complete rubbish. My wife’s birthday is 1st November so I thought it should arrive in plenty of time. Nothing happens so I email them and they say that it’s stuck at their courier’s warehouse bla bla bla. This is exactly what other 1 star reviews have said. Then they say they’ve sent another and to wait 12 working days for it to arrive or I’ll get a full refund. This has now been and gone. I’ve asked for a full refund but they’re now saying the will send ANOTHER card and then I can claim a refund. I’ve raised a dispute will PayPal as they don’t seem interested in doing anything. Customer service is shocking. This company needs to go.

Took 7 weeks for the order to arrive, despite listing it as under a week for UK orders. Worse they kept on sending me proofs and the address of another order (for verification) of someone in the USA! So a total GDPR breach there too, as well as slow and unhelpful service when I tried to point out the error and find out what was happening with my order.

Thank you PIKA PETS for providing great service. I LOVE THE PRODUCT MY SON IS SO HAPPYY! I can't wait to order more. My son is getting depressed lately since our pet died. Thank you for making him smile

SUPER nice! The card is so cute and really nicely done. Perfect service. We love it.

The artwork of the cards are really amazing.A solid 10/10. My only suggestion is to add more tracking information so other customers won’t panic. But overall, it’s an incredible experience and I am really satisfied with the designs.
