B*llocks! Ordered a pair of pillowcases, didn't receive confirmation of purchase, tried to message them twice, and no response. Decided to google the company name afterwards and saw these trustpilot reviews, I wish I had looked beforehand. £22.25 taken out of bank a couple of days after purchase, which I've disputed and not received any response or my money back from my bank yet. I also decided to cancel both my debit and credit cards just incase they were to take more money from me. When ordering I initially tried paying through PayPal on my credit card, the page wouldn't load, I then typed in my credit card details, which were declined, so then made my purchase using my debit card. It made me wonder if they'd somehow have my credit card details despite payment failing twice. Avoid this so called company at all costs!

I saw these reviews after I’d ordered! Wish I’d checked before but for £20 odd you don’t always check. No order confirmation and no response to emails. Thankfully I used PayPal so was also refunded. Buyer beware! This company does appear to be a scam.

SCAM - similar experience to others below. Regrettably, I had not read reviews before processing an order placed for pillow cases. A Paypal amount of £23.10 was processed (the order amount) but the next day an increased amount of £26.50 was processed without any explanation from the seller or authorisation from me. My attempts to contact the seller via their website contact form went unanswered. No order confirmation email received from them. Luckily I had screenshot the order details when I made the order and was able to pass these onto Paypal and having raised a dispute, Paypal has agreed to process a full refund.

Do not use this website. It is a scam. I made the mistake of making an order for pillowcases. Immediately after placing the order using my credit card, two attempts were made to use my credit card elsewhere to make purchases totalling nearly a £1000. No confirmation email for the order, no response from their “customer service” department and no phone number. Credit card company said they are based in Hong Kong. Still investigating and have had to cancel my card.
