This company is a scam company they take money from your bank even though my business has shut down it has gone to fraud quad now don't youse this company government should shut down company's like them avoid at all cost

I just join pinlocal and the leads i keep getting are makeing me good money on my return for the leads i paid other company bad return on money gor deadend leads

I have used Pinlocal for a number of years and have found Customer service is good with Holly being easy to deal with and responsive. The lead fees are fairly priced and are of good quality. l would have no hesitation in recommending Pinlocal.

Johnathan at Pinlocal.com is helpful and friendly, if I have a query with a lead he sorts it without any hassle. The other staff that I have had dealings with are also helpful and friendly and I personally find that Pinlocal.com are a better site for generating leads rather than Reallymoving.com who are not very helpful.

I have been closely in touch with Holly from Pin local for surveying leads for a long time and she has always been super friendly and super helpful! Always supportive of our business needs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. VERY PUSHY FOR MONEY, WILL CHASE YOU FOR MONEY AND WHEN I SAY CHASE I MEAN PHONE YOU 10/15 TIMES A DAY EVERY DAY SOMETIMES DAYS BEFORE YOUR INVOICE IS EVEN DUE, FOR LEADS THAT GO NOWHERE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LEADS ARE REALLY POOR QUALITY.

They supplied us with leads for a couple of months several years ago - we closed maybe one or two jobs.
Then we gave them a chance this year (2023) for around two months. From over thirty leads received we were able to contact around four prospects and all of them were already booked, so we did not close even a single job, despite the fact that we always called and emailed each lead the same day it was received and we follow up on two occasion with a call and email within the next few days.

On the top of this, even though we cancelled the membership, they kept pushing us with further calls every couple of weeks to reopen the account. We had enough and we blocked their numbers.

In conclusion: there is something wrong with this company. We strongly advise all removal businesses to avoid them.

We have been using Pin Local as a lead generator for a few years now, and we are really having to think what is it that one thing we dont like about them. The honest answer there is nothing that comes to mind. Finn, who has been dealing with us through out has come across as a thorough professional at all times. Again, we cannot fault the quality of leads as they are at par with any lead generator from the industry. However, some of our big wins, jobs worth thousands, have come from Pin Local.
