All I wanted was a humble but hard to get replacement key for my Caravan. Sam helped me identify the one I needed, found me the price and ordered it from the manufacturer. He kept me informed and let me know that he had received it so I could collect next time I passed. He even offered to post it to me. Great service for just a small item.

Sales experience fantastic very good .

After sales extremely poor on response to issues that should have been addressed prior to hand over .

Windows don’t operate & stay open.

Awning Gap to small to except the Awning purchase.
Incomplete equipment ( No Poles )

Various issues of incomplete visual works that require further attention.

Very Very poor Quality Control of which
Pioneer consider exceptable .
But most certainly is not to me the
purchaser.

But I guess Pioneer will Blame Swift for these issues.
And take no responsibility themselves.

Just a short time before our holiday to France our fridge stopped working. Simon and Jo went above and beyond to secure the necessary parts and find time in their already very busy schedule to carry out the work We are so grateful This is not the first time that this company has provided first class service for us They deserve great success

Great service & competitive prices. Their accessories shop has a very good selection. And if by chance they don’t have what you need they will get it for you.

Ordered Fiamma control board, arrived few day later, fitted and works perfect. Good company with good communication.

I needed some information regarding a new holiday home we are buying. I spoke with Sam regarding the information needed, he explained it could take sometime to answer due to the manufacturer not working on a Friday afternoon, but he would contact them. I had the answers required the same day.
I have had dealings with several people from Pioneer regarding the purchase of our new holiday home and all have been so helpful, friendly and nice.

We have always gone to Pioneer for our accessories, we decided to go for a new (second hand) Swift, we went and spoke to Steve and Barry and ended up with a Brand New Bailey

There was no high pressure sales chat, Steve just gave us the keys and said "have a look and see what you think any questions come and find me".

The sale went through without any problems, we had a couple of problems when we went away for the first time, I rang Steve and it was all sorted out within a week. I would highly recommend them, all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Sam Jackson of Pioneer Caravans has provided excellent and stress free assistance in resolving issues on our lodge, both general warranty problems as well as when the manufacturer has been reluctant in getting involved.
We are extremely grateful for his support and understanding. Fantastic customer service.

Always excellent customer service from Simon and Jo - they are both extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and always very, very helpful. They both go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We will not take our caravan anywhere else for servicing or maintenance work - we trust Jo and Simon implicitly to ensure a thorough, caring and careful job is completed and our pride and joy is very well looked after. Our caravan is always left clean inside and an exterior wash is always offered. Jo is a complete gem, nothing is too much trouble and both her and Simon are an asset to Pioneer. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend them ⭐️ !!!!

After dealing with Steve Wicks over the past 19 years.Received the same great service when changing to a newer caravan recently. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Would recommend Pioneer every time and normally do.

I have been a customer of the company over the last 25+ years and have never had any complaint at all. I have always received excellent service from the sales team through to the service department. Simon, the Service Manager, is always helpful and his and Michael, Dean and the rest of the team's knowledge always resolve any problems. I would recommend the company to anyone who requires a new caravan or their existing one servicing or repaired to use Pioneer.

The knowledge of caravans from Phil the accessories store manager is second to none always helpful great guy.

had a service and motormover on my caravan, on collection was told no additional concerns found report showing no comments, I thought great very happy, two weeks later I had first trip out after the service which I discovered I had no handbrake to my surprise for safety I chocked the wheels, rang pioneer I was advised to return the caravan for possible brake adjustment?, one week later I collected the caravan only to be presented with a £153.00 for brake adjustment and a weak drawbar damper? No one rang for Authority for this work but expected a settlement, I questioned that the service had been done recently, the technician said it had not failed but was weak which should had been seen on the service and told me it was filled with air!!! At this stage I knew he was not qualified as he would know these are oil or gassed filled, on top of this I questioned this damper has nothing to do with the handbrake which was my complaint as this was working perfectly before the service. I have rang three times and been waiting for Simon the workshop controller to return my calls for over a week as I wanted answers why unsafe caravan brakes was handed over to me to potentially have a serious accident? And to reassure that the rest of the service including gas checks have been carried out correctly? and the last thing to mention that the front of the van was covered top to bottom of thick grease and finger marks it was disgraceful!! I was fuming as I take pride in my caravan whilst the technician was washing his car nice and clean never mind the state he left my caravan. Please, please for your safety and customer satisfaction avoid the service centre, but a massive thumbs up in the parts shop they are very polite and helpful they are a credit to the company,
