Although the engineer couldn't fix theâŠ
Although the engineer couldn't fix the problem instantaneously, he used his contacts and established where the nearest part was that would get our franking machine back on the road. After a trip the following day, the part was obtained and fitted by the engineer resulting in the franking machine back working again.

He was very polite, professional and personable plus he helped us achieve a maximum 39 points on "Popmaster". A very friendly gentleman who thankfully took the drama away from the crisis! Great Customer Service! Great Engineer!
When we had an issue with our franking machine, we received excellent customer service. From the initial phone call to customer services who deployed an engineer the very next day. Stuart B the engineer came on site and ensured we had a working franking machine. We had to send our old one away and but received a new one within a relatively short amount of time. Once we received delivery of our replacement machine Stuart B came back on site to make sure it was correctly set up. Can't fault his commitment or Pitney Bowes customer service. 5 stars from us.

Dave Perry our engineer is always super helpful and friendly, he came in and fixed our issue with the franking machine and also helped with some other issues we were having online, so that is also in the process of being sorted now too. Had an issue with the printer head on the Franking machine. Issue was fully fixed the following day after contacting Pitney Bowes with the problem.
