Highly recommend Planb IT. Friendly, polite and very efficient. Dave has supplied IT technical support and computer installations both through self employment and via previous employment for over a decade to the company I worked for.

I was hacked and a large sum of money was taken out of my account and my Laptop corrupted.
I turned to planb IT Services who explained the issue, showed how it happened so I knew what was going on and best of all fixed the issue and cleared all nasty links etc.. on laptop.
The service was fast, efficient and friendly. The information wasn't given over all "tech-like" and I was able to understand what had happened and how to avoid. With the information given I was able to converse with the bank and got the money back.
Very pleased with service and would recommend to anyone, anytime.

I have used PlanB for several jobs over the past few years including building a bespoke PC and updating a laptop that I didn’t think was salvageable. Dave provides a quick and efficient service for a very competitive price. He is friendly and patient, even when explaining things in easy terms for those of us who are not so technically minded!!

Plan B/ Dave have done many jobs for us, from security cameras, PC problems, to mobile phones and kids devices! Quick service, great prices and excellent customer care. Highly recommended you try Dave first if you have a tech problem.

This is the second time I have used PlanB to set up a new pc build. Dave was happy to provide advice and also took the build to test and boot up/add drivers. He even offered after service advice and aid when a boot issue occurred. Great service and brilliant contact. Would recommend to anyone who needs help or advice with their I.T issues.

I have used IT services in the past and found sometimes people can make things overly complicated and inaccessible. So I was delighted to experience a more friendly and 'human' service here.
I first used PlanB at the start of lockdown - my computer needed some serious updating to cope with the sudden influx of zoom calls and online work - and Dave upgraded my computer, collecting it from my home and dropping it off again to make life easier. He also gave me loads of really useful advice about other tech related things I needed to sort out and helped me to find suitable items without trying to sell me things I didn't need.

I found Dave to be very friendly, helpful and trustworthy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others - I certainly won't go anywhere else for my IT needs now. :)
